Founded in 1992 by owner Matthew Carson, All Phase Plumbing & Heating Inc. has a rich history. Initially located in New York, I relocated the business to Colorado in 1997. We experienced strong growth from customer referrals and continue to succeed largely through word-of-mouth.

Matt C. wears many hats: owner, manager, liaison, office manager, job site supervisor, designer, installer, employee, and debt collector. My very complex science project of a heating system developed a fault. Matt and Dylan came out and quickly diagnosed the problem and had us back on line in less than 2 hours. The also charged a price that is less than some 'service call' fees I have been charged by others. I really dont think having someone else come in and diagnose the NTI SCADA computer control system was going to be a success - Thanks All Phase for knowing what your doing!. They also tweaked my water filtration system for better pressure, because it ""will make it run better"" . Just attention to detail to look at the WHOLE system not just fix whatever isn't right at the moment.

The owner of the company directed comments of sexual harassment toward my sister as she was completing her profession. She is a wildlife firefighter and while power washing their vehicles she was approached and he told her ""next time you should wear a bikini"". Would he have dared to suggest that any of the men complete their professional job in a swim suit?? I'm thinking not. These kinds of comments cannot be ignored, this is the kind of culture that needs to be changed immediately. My sister has worked all summer being transported across Colorado and California fighting the fires that persisted and destroyed homes and wildlife. She worked around the clock sleeping in camps and eating donated food. She received third degree burns on her hand during her shift. So, no sir, it would not be practical for her to complete her job in a swim suit. This kind of service revolts me.

Our technician did not show up with a mask and wanted to shake my hand. He immediately said our boiler was bad, it had a major CO issue. I was curious about the device he read the CO level. Something seemed a little fishy. I placed my CO detector next to the flue and it read zero, I recalibrated and it still read zero. But these guys are suppose to be the experts so I asked for a quote to repair or replace and no one ever called me back. Be a little wary of this outfit.
I did contact another company and they tested, found no leaks, no out of range CO levels and all thermostats were working fine.

WOW all i can say is that Matt is a God send. I had an issue in my rental property where the tub was leaking in the lower unit i called another ""plumber"" company (tippin hat) and i explained the format and what i had seen. The ""plumber"" came out and looked at the lower unit then went to my unit - turned on the water and then we waited a few minutes and went back to the lower unit. He said the leak was from the overfill area and it was going to be 785.00 to cut a 3X3 section in the lower units ceiling and any repairs would be more. Also if he could not reach thru that 3X3 section he would have to call a recon team to come out and test the section for asbestos and then they could come out to fix it after that. He then handed me the hand held device and it said 785.00 - i asked why would i pay that if you cant even fix it and cant give me an idea on cost? He shrugged gave me his card and also told me he had a contact for a recon team if i needed it. ( My insurance claim person stated this was a big scam and should not be done) i called Matt and told him the situation and he came down. we looked at the downstairs unit and then went to my unit Matt hopped in the tub and started undoing the hardware of my tub and found it was a broken gasket!!!. He replaced all the gaskets and resealed everything. He asked me if the other ""plumber"" had looked at that - and i told him no he turned on the water and tried to charge me 785.00. Matt shook his head - thank goodness for Honest businessmen and those that have some integrity. you saved me 400 plus dollars and someone taking advantage of me . I have recommended you to 4 people and will continue to recommend you

All-Phase Plumbing did fix our leaking pressure tank. However, I would have preferred they replaced the cracked fitting rather than soldering it. There are a few things I would have liked to known up front: 1. Their hourly rate is $195 an hour (They charge door to door, they were here for about an hour and 15 minutes). 2. All-Phase charges a 2 hour minimum. 3. They charge a 2% fee to use a credit card (which I understand but if we knew this going in, we would of paid with a check). We also scheduled them for Thursday between 11-1, they instead showed up the day before with no warning. I took time off to be here on Thursday, thankfully my wife was home on Wednesday and took care of it. We will not be using All-Phase again as we have found a highly recommended, reputable plumber with reasonable rates.

I have an old boiler in my home in Marshdale that was acting up over the holidays and it needed a number of repairs to get it back on it's feet (expansion tank, temp adjustment, bleeding and a carbon monoxide inspection). I had another plumber come and he supposedly fixed it but it was still not operating correctly. I was having a very hard time finding anybody that could get me on their schedule who had experience with a boiler furnace. I then called a very reputable company from Tom Martino's Troubleshooter website and they provided excellent diagnosis but the prices were more than 10 times what the repair eventually cost. I called All Phase to get a second opinion (never used them before) and Matt was able to get me an appointment in 3 days. He put us on the schedule, called on the day of the appointment to let us know he was running late and showed up when he said he would. Upon inspection, he gave us an informed and honest assessment of whether or not we could repair the boiler safely, he accomplished the repair in less than 2 hours, charged us for just the items that he replaced/repaired and the furnace has been running perfectly ever since. He did an outstanding job, communicated well, cleaned up after he was done and the bill was very reasonable. So THANKS All Phase Plumbing and to Matt and his helper for getting our furnace back up and running. Your quick work, honest and knowledgable assessment of the existing furnace and advice for a replacement boiler in the future was very much appreciated. I'd recommend his plumbing services to anyone that requires a plumber without hesitation and I'll certainly be using him the next time I need an honest, practical and professional plumber.

First let me say I'm not one to leave a review. All we needed was a new sink put in. They brought two people for this job which I don't understand so I feel like they were motivated to bill higher as a result. I looked at the clock when they pulled in and by my watch they billed us for an hour more than they were there. I tried to call to ask about this because the boss let the employee write up the bill so I figured he just didnt look at their arrival time. Apparently they bill from the time they leave there office which is ridiculous. I could prove they made a mistake billing after and I just got blown off like I'm crazy and never got a call back about it let alone a refund on the $150 mistake. Never had a problem with plumbers before this one but watch the time closely and make sure they know you know what time they got there because they will definitely round up to say the least.

All-phase installed a high efficiency Goodman furnace in the home we purchased last year. The install date was 7-6-18. Their card and the date is on the furnace and a tankless hot water heater installed 4-20-16. . We've had two issues with the new furnace and all-phase has refused to acknowledge their mistakes. Matt, accused my husband of wanting free labor and today said we weren't their customer. They put the dehumidification line into a drain that doesn't drain and caused flooding in our crawl space. Wires for the booster fan were not reconnected. This install was for an 80 year old woman. Matt also stated they have enough business and don't need ours. All we wanted was for the work to be done properly. Obviously, this is a ""do not use this company"" rating. I was forced to select a star to post.
