All phase installed a furnace in my home. Well, they placed a furnace in my home. Because it never worked. Turns out they never converted the the furnace from Nat Gas to Propane. Never had natural gas, nor is it available on my street. Nearly burned my newly built house down and killed my family. Got them on the phone, they denied installing it!!! Came out finally, converted one furnace, then said he didn't have the parts to convert the other. 10 days later, still ghosting me....

This company is the best I've ever seen and hired. Peter gave me a very affordable and fair price for a new furnace. They came into my home uninstalled my burnt out 20 yr old furnace,put the new one in 3 hours and it's been running very smooth and beautiful for 2 years now I am very satisfied and can't complain. would highly recommend this company to all of Rhode Island.

These guys were amazing! They came last minute to help me even though they were fully booked. Our sewer pipes in the basement burst and they changed all of them in one day! I got two other quotes which did not even compare in price or how thoroughly Peter from Allphase explained what I actually needed done. We had our inspection today and we were told that they did an excellent job. THANK YOU!!

If your not calling Peter at All Phase you're a fool! We had 2 other companies come before him to fix our furnace both left us with a high bill and a still broken furnace!!! ( We were told to call an electrician!)
Peter came and within an hour it was fixed and working great! The prior company had wired something wrong and had all the switches set wrong AND WE PAID LESS than either of the prior ones who didn't even fix it!!!
You MUST call them for any heating issues ..you DEFINITELY will be satisfied!!!

If I could give NO stars, I would. We have been ripped off. This business needs to be out of business. They quoted us a price. The price was higher than most, but they were recommended by an acquaintance and we gave them a shot. We wanted our unit installed in a different location and they said no problem. They said that they required half of the job as a deposit before they could do anything. We paid it and they scheduled us for the job for 2 weeks later. They showed up with no warning at all the next day. No call, no warning just showed up. We were not even at home! We only showed up because we forgot 0something and had to go back home. We had to cancel our plans to accommodate THEM! Us, the paying customer had to accommodate THEM! They are sloppy and they lie. They do not care about your property and leave your old AC/equipment for you to dispose of. They also said we needed $500.00 extra work to repair broken ducts. After having the new ac unit installed by them a couple of months ago, it required them to come back 2 times within the first 2 weeks. It had stopped working. They got it running ok. It had only been up to 70 degrees outside at that time. 2 weeks ago Temps started rising. We set our thermostat at 69 degrees and the house got down to 72 to 73. We called them at that time, left a message, we got no call back. We called yesterday, we were told the problem is in our ducts. Really? You charged us to fix broken ducts. If there was a problem with the install, or additional needed equipment they should have known, included it in the estimate and noted it on our invoice, they did not. He said he would contact us the next day, today, to set an appointmentto come and check it out. It is now 8:30 and no contact. Our thermostat has been set at 67 and it is 80 in here. Actually 80 degrees. We are out almost $6,000.00 for $4,800.00 job, and it does not work. We are handicapped, it is not healthy for anyone who is whole in these Temps let alone seniors who are handicapped, have breathing difficulties as well as difficulty getting around. These people took advantage of us. They took our money and did a horrible job. Do not use them. Now we have to pay another company to come and diagnose our unit and decide what it will take to repair. We got the recommendation for the new company from The Better Business Bureau. All Phase has a BBB rating of ""F"". We should have checked. The new company, responded to our inquiry within 15 to 20 minutes of contacting the BBB for a recommendation. And they are rated ""A+. Beware of All Phase.

Owner installed system early august, did not work correctly from day 1. Tried to get a hold of owner for weeks, finally comes back and says ""there's a leak somewhere."" Weeks later still not resolved and home has no heat or AC. Initially said work includes electric hook ups, day of install says ""I'm not an electrician I can't hook it up."" False promises, misleading, and untrustworthy. I have a non complete heating system, when installed I needed AC (didn't work) now with winter months approaching FAST I have not heat and just more holes in my home now. It's equivalent to having no system at all. This is also on an investment home. 2 months of back and forth resulted in about a $4,000 interest charges to me because I can NOT sell a home without heat. Would put negative 5 stars if I could.

I spent over $5k on a furnace in July (2020) and I was not happy with the cheap thermostat they installed which would not show the house temp. I spoke with Peter, the owner, several times and constantly via text for 2 months waiting for a time for them to come over with a better (more appropriate given the money I spent ) thermostat and all I got was excuse after excuse and still 2 months later stuck with same inferior cheap unsatisfactory thermostat! Maybe this review will warrant some action to my benefit.

All Phase installed a water heater for us in March of 2019. There was no hot water and after several phone calls they came out a week later to fix. They were paid in full. Several months later a home inspection revealed that there was no overflow pipe installed. We called and they said they would arrive on December 27, 2019. No one showed up. We called several more times and scheduled appointments for 1/2/20 and again they did not show up or call. When we finally reached them they rescheduled the following day and never showed on 1/3/20. Several more calls led them to schedule appointments on 1/6/20 & 1/9/20 again with no show and no phone call. They again stated multiple issues but that they would come the following day on 1/10/20 and again didn't show. I called and spoke to the owner at 9am on 1/13/20 who assured me that he would be out and scheduled a time for 2-3PM. At 3:15 I called the office and the receptionist told me he was at the doctor's with his son but she would have him call me. No one ever did. They did not bother to show up for no less then 7 appointment times and at least 15 phone calls causing both my husband and I to miss work time. We had to hire another plumber to fix the incorrectly installed/incompleted water heater. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could give them zero stars I would. Deplorable company with little work ethic or customer care.

Furnace shut off on New Year's Day. Called all phase at 6:00pm explained the issue. They came out first thing in the morning. They were extremely friendly, professional, knowledgeable, explained what went wrong and what they were doing, very upfront about pricing and understood the cost aspect for me, pricing was very reasonable for what I needed done.
I can't recommend them enough. Just an all around a very good experience considering the circumstances. I will definitely but calling again for many other things I want or need done!
