Cesar arrived within the 2-hour window, and gave me a text 30 minutes before arrival, just like they had committed to doing. He immediately diagnosed the problem and replaced the wax seal in the upstairs toilet. Cesar was knowledgeable, efficient with his time, and very pleasant.
