Couldn't say enough great things about this company. Not only was someone here within an hour of calling, the guy was super nice & cleaned up after himself. I expected to be faced with a huge bill and was more than pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the fee was! I would not hesitate to recommend this company or use them again should the need arise. Second time using All Owners. Best drain cleaning company around. My wife clogged the kitchen sink pretty bad to the point we had standing water in the drain pipe all the way to the basement and of course it was Sunday. Called All Owners up and got a call back within 15 minutes. They showed up ahead of the scheduled time and were in and out in about 30 minutes. They charge a weekend fee but it's not crazy and I expected it. Quality work and a fair price.

The worst. I asked to have them show up to drain trap basin and unclog so it could drain into sewer. They came with a shop vac. 5 Gallons. Not the truck with the pump to go down the 12 ft. needed. I sent the guy home in 15 minutes when I saw what. he used. I had the town drain. I called back and the technician planned to stop by, telling me they did not have the capability to drain or suck out basin, and it was good it was clean. He would come to
unclog. He called me back to say that his boss wanted 125.00 paid upfront for the time the guy came to do nothing. And wanted 1.5 times what I eventually paid for from ATLANTIC. Poor service, arrogant staff and bait and switch tactics. Wouldn't recommend, and after posting I got a response from the company telling me I was rude. I just reported the facts!!

Jason came, he unclogged, he conquered.

In all seriousness, this company is unparalleled: they were on my stoop an hour - to the minute! - after I called and pleaded with them to save my tub drain from itself. Jason assessed the situation, resolved it, annnnd in the interim fixed our toilet bowl (GRATIS).

In the future, it may be a more expedient move to call these fine folks as opposed to general plumbers for drain work; their prices are comparable and their creds are impressive.

Great experience all the way around! Called Monday morning and they apologized that it would be a couple of hours to get to me, after I figured that I'd be buried in the post-weekend crush. They called ahead and arrived at 10 am! The guy that arrived was cheerful and courteous, laid down a mat in the bathroom and went to work. He was done quickly, made an additional trip into my garage to make sure that nothing was leaking, and tidied up.

He even offered to replace missing screws in the drain plate! This is the way all experiences like this should go! Thanks, guys!

Had a blockage in the main sewer line to the street due to roots. Of course it happened in the middle of a long weekend the day after the Pats game. Found All Owners Drain Cleaning, Inc. here and saw that the reviews were great. Called them and got a call back from Jay within 30 min. Was told that the guy (Mark) would be there within an hour. He came on time and spent over 2.5 hours doing the job including getting the equipment in and out and clean up after. Mark made sure it was done right. Non of the other ""famous"" companies like ""Rotten Routine"" :) that did it before were that thorough. The price was right too even with the weekend $50 surcharge. I would definitely recommend their service.

Had a block up in our sewer pipes (nasty!) recently, and looked online for Drain Cleaning near Malden. This place came up, so I called. Man on the phone was polite, thorough, and said someone would be out within an hour or so. Two men showed up in about 75 minutes, they went straight to work, and were friendly and quick, and efficient. AND, here's the best part, it was MUCH cheaper than I had assumed, and than the Roto Rooter companies are. Two thumbs up!!!

They came out to help fix a sewer smell in my basement. They fixed the vent pipe and the found a hole in the pipe left by another drain company.

Made an appointment with them and they said they'd be there between 8 & 10 in the morning. The van pulled in my driveway at exactly 8, they were in the house by 8:03, out of the house by 8:12. The guys were very professional, extremely nice! Drain's been working great since then!
