My review is a mixed bag, some good, some bad. I'm a landlord, so I wasn't on site for any of this. First contact was quick and welcome, everything seemed fine. The price quote and availability were good, and it was easy to work with Mark Peabody to get my new hot water heater installation scheduled. I kept in touch as the parts were delivered and he was responsive each time. Mark appears to be the owner, receptionist, technician and plumber. He showed up when he said he would, but when he got there, the brand new Home Depot Hot Water Heater I purchased was dented during delivery. He didn't call me, but he did yelp message me. He decided to install it as-is, because he was convinced the damage would not affect its operation. Maybe, maybe not. But that was my HWH, so I feel like the decision should have been mine to make, not his. By the time I found out, it was already installed, so what could I do? As a compromise, he offered me a 2-year warranty on the labor if something went wrong. I felt that was a fair resolution, although still not the best way for things to have happened. I paid the bill within 10 minutes of getting it. I was a really good customer. I always wait a couple of days before I complete my review to see if something goes wrong. Glad I did. The next day, the kitchen faucet started dribbling water instead of running water. The tenant callled Mark, and I contacted him about it too. Mark believed it might be from HWH debris that gunked up the supply lines. He said he was trying his best to make his way over. That was an odd way to put it, and unfortunately, that was the last I've heard from him. That was a couple of days ago. Since then, no texts, no emails, no phone, no returned messages, no nothing, and I've tried repeatedly to get in touch. I finally gave up. He just completely flaked out on me, I have no idea why. Now I have to question the entire install job. Is my problem due to bad soldering that's blocking hot water flow? Debris in lines? Improper installation? Something unrelated? I don't know. I had to hire somebody else so I could find out. We'll see how that goes and I'll update the review if I can. What do you think that warranty is worth now? I can't imagine anybody would hire this guy after reading my review. If you do and it goes south, don't say I didn't warn you.

Had an appt today Thursday 12/1/2023 Between 0800-1000 hrs and he never bothered to call to cancel or show up. I would not recommend this company for lack of professionalism and service.

Mark responded right away and set appointment for next morning, (not an emergency) Gave a 2 hour window and was right on time. Did work quickly and left the sight clean. Will use again.
