Our plumbing sink had a big hole where the J hook is located. So I called on Thursday to book an appointment. The gentleman on the line said that he was booked up until Monday so I took the next available appointment time. David and his team were a lifesaver! We noticed a leak coming from our garbage disposal on New Years Eve which prohibited us from using our kitchen sink. All other plumbers seemed to be closed due to the holiday, but we called David and he immediately came to our rescue within the hour! I just had a hot water heater go out in one of my commercial tenants. It was a Beauty Salon and they need hot water to do their business. I contacted All Out Plumbing and David got back to me in just minutes. Then they were able to send out a plumber who arrived in less than an hour, got the hot water restored right away and didn't try to sell me a new hot water heater. The technician said we didn't need one even though the old unit was pretty old. I was impressed they didn't try to up sell me or get me something I didn't really need. Now that's customer service and honesty. All Out Plumbing is now my plumber! Way to go!
