We have used All Out Plumbers for a variety of jobs in our home in Sebastopol over the last decade. Chris plumbed and installed a gas fireplace (and reinstalled it after we had the flooring replaced later), fixed a number of leaks, installed two faucets and replaced our water heater. Either he or an employee did the work. They've always been clean and tidy, prompt and courteous. When our ancient water heater went out, they were able to replace it within a day. We've never had any trouble with anything they have installed. We plan on using them for several projects in the coming year.

These people are GREAT! First off, they are available on weekends! Yes, you pay a bit more, but really, if you've got a plumbing problem on the weekend that you want fixed, you probably don't care. We didn't! Second, excellent customer service, from the first phone call (which sends you to their emergency and weekend cell #) to keeping me informed as to when the service tech would arrive, to the tech (Tim) spelling out exactly what the problem was and what he was doing while he was there. Third, super efficient, competent, thorough and knowledgeable. Which means, got the job done fast and complete. $240 for having to crawl under the house and fix a critical broken pipe a bit difficult to reach that brought the water into the house. And finally, fourth, fixed something not in his job description that he noticed while working on the job! Highly recommend this outfit.

A very old irrigation pipe sprung a leak. All Out Plumbers came to my rescue within an hour. Messy, dirty work on old galvanized pipes but it was done promptly and efficiently. I even got a discount. Very friendly and professional service.

Great company. I had a problem with my water heater. They come and fix it . The technican was manuel. Great guy. Know what he is doing. They come on time , doesn't lie, straight forward. I went with other company before such as boyle plumbing , they are the worst plumber.
