Did anyone have this issue with ""All out Plumbing""
Not returning phone calls, or come back to finished the job that they agreed to?

They did good work, and came highly recommended to us. We were Impressed by
Debbie, the receptionist, was really knowledgeable , and helpful. Both my husband and I talked to her. We told her it was just a small job of changing out facets in our bathroom sink, abd shower. She said, it wasn't a problem, they would take the job, and she got us scheduled.
I asked for Chris Cross, but got Bill instead.
He did a nice job, replacing my facets, and the toilet. He said that my shower facets would have to be order. It's shouldn't take more than a couple of days. I called on Friday, i was told it was on ordered, and Debbie will call me when the part was in. On Monday, I talked to the owner's wife, she assured me that she would have her husband come out and have a look. Because my shower facets were so old. I told her, it could be the Chrome, same style as the old one, because I just wanted something newer. She said, they might be able to use what I got, but she needs to have her husband the owner to look at it first. She promised to call me the next day. I called, I have left 1 message with Debbie. Today, I left another voicemail, asking all out plumbing to please let me know either way, because I need to get this done before my home inspection next week. I got No return call call back, and now it's Thursday.

I just had my entire driveway dug out and mainline replaced. I'm super happy with the work and price. On time, very professional and fast. Plus, the junior guys fixed my upstairs toilet and shower and elderly neighbors dishwasher for free while. Highly recommend and can't say enough good things about the excellent service. Any bad reviews may be because Chris is a very good plumber with a great reputation , so understandably he is popular and busy. If your job is urgent, he will be right out, but if it isn't urgent, it may take a week or so to get him.

Had an appointment, no show and no call. Tried to get a hold of the office and they were gone for the weekend on a Friday at 3pm. We didn't get a call on the Monday following either. I dont understand.
We have a major issue! Probably a thousand dollar job. We've had our water shut off for 5days

Thankfully someone at the barber shop gave us a recommendation for another place. Pretty disappointed in the lack of service.

We're starting out giving All Out an awesome rating based on telephone customer service. As a business when a drain starts to smell as it should not (as in sewage smell) it's a call for help.
They immediately contacted their service technician to stop by today. WOW.

We have used All Out Plumbers for a variety of jobs in our home in Sebastopol over the last decade. Chris plumbed and installed a gas fireplace (and reinstalled it after we had the flooring replaced later), fixed a number of leaks, installed two faucets and replaced our water heater. Either he or an employee did the work. They've always been clean and tidy, prompt and courteous. When our ancient water heater went out, they were able to replace it within a day. We've never had any trouble with anything they have installed. We plan on using them for several projects in the coming year.
