Today at 7:30 we found our shower not draining. We called All Out Drain Service and our call was answered promptly and we got an appointment for 9:00 this morning. Ed and his helper arrived early and got right to work. The clog was fixed with no muss or fuss and they'd ere in their way by 10:00. they couldn't have been nicer and the job done is excellent. We are definitely calling if we need this service again. the price seemed to be what you'd expect for this type of service. We really couldn't be more pleased.

Was referred to them by Palmasano Plumbing. Charged me $250 for snaking the main line out to my septic. Too pricey.

These guys were the best! We called them last minute for some major backups that were really causing a lot of trouble. The came within the hour and had the problem fixed even sooner. The price was more than reasonable and they explained everything to me so I could understand just what had happened and what they did to fix it. I won't think twice next time I need this service! Great job, fair pricing, and very customer focused!

I wish I could give 0 stars, they are AWFUL! I called with an urgent situation, the owner (Ed) was polite and agreed to get someone out within the hour. I didn't get the name of the rather robust gentlemen who actually arrived but he was the most impolite and disrespectful person I have met in a service business. I tried to explain the situation and how MY home's plumbing is configured. He didn't want to hear anything I had to say and when he said he couldn't remove the toilet (which was necessary to be able to use the large-sized snake) because the supply valve had seized, I tried to suggest some ways we might be able to make it work (like shutting off the main water supply to the house....ridiculous right?). He immediately threw a temper tantrum (I'm not kidding about this), told me that he has been doing this for 30 years and doesn't need me telling him how to do his job, and literally stormed off without doing a thing. This left me having wasted an hour waiting on him, having sewage all over my floor with a clogged drain, and the cleaning crew on their way to my house. I called Ed to explain the situation, he listened to me and said he would have to speak to the individual to get the full story. A few hours later I called back to let him know that someone who actually WANTS to work came to my house, was able to shut the seized valve within 2 minutes, and completed the job in about 15-20 minutes. By the way, the robust gentleman from All Out Drain and Sewer told me flat out that if he couldn't turn the valve with his hand, he was 100% certain that it would break if anyone tried to use a wrench. He said this because I asked him if he wanted to borrow a wrench. As long as this person works at this company, I recommend to everyone to stay away!!!!

Called for an appointment - told them no rush, was not emergency. They came out the next morning to snake the gray water line from house to tank, about 20 feet . Took about 15-20 minutes - and only that long because we have a crawl space and due to his size and age, he had to go back and forth quite slowly. Between him yelling, cursing and berating his helper and simply cursing his head off each time he had to move around down there, it was NO pleasure having this man in our home. Our crawl space is half paved with black top and half dirt floor that is covered completely with plastic barrier, so it was clean and well lite. There are parts where one can stand and parts where you have to bend a bit - again, not a big deal for a person that is in this line of work. There was a reconnection that needed to be made after snaking the line, but this princess cursed and yelled about that, throwing the pipe away from himself and saying we'd need to call a plumber for attaching the pipe. Did not know we hired a surgeon, specializing only in snaking. - So, now on top of this man's bill, we will have to additionally call a plumber.
They completed in under 20 minutes then handed us a bill for $350.00 - telling us to make it out to ""his"" name and not the companies, although he gave us NO break - Wonder what the IRS would think of this Mr. All Out Drain & Sewer Service? We paid it because we wanted him gone. Unless you have money to burn (as well as ear plugs) - DO NOT call this man. We've since asked around and the going rate is about $125-$175 This man took total advantage of the situation. There is a special place for you in the sewer, Mr. Drain Man.

Great Service as usual. I've used this company several times over the years and never had any complaints. They came promptly and were priced reasonably and most of all, cleared my drains.
Just wanted to put a good word on here because the other review from a few years ago is just awful. Of course you're going to pay for a professional service that you can't do yourself. That's no reason to bash the company online.

Thanks Ed! Definitely will call again and recommend.

Don't call a plumber that often, now I know why...He was here less than an hour = $270 !! No parts, just snaked the main line out to the septic. I had snaked most of the other lines and told him exactly what the problem was, so it's not like he had to do any detective work. He wrote that it was 48 ft of snaking which means my septic tank is in my neighbors living room. Price might even be average, I don't know but seems insane to charge that much, I won't be using them again.
