This guy is a joke. He will lie and then scam you for the money. He will break the item and then take a fake pic to make you believe that what he is showing you in the picture is correct. DO NOT BELIEVE THIS GUY AT ALL. He will curse you if you ask for your money back and also threaten you as well with a lien and lawyers. He has no respect for his customers at all. Also, he will threaten you to sign a waiver so he can beat you for asking for your money.

DO NOT ZELLE ANYTHING OR TRUST THIS SCAMMER. HALF OF THE REVIEWS HERE SEEM WRITTEN BY HIM.

I hired him to fix my water heaters. First, he tells me they are 10 years old and then when I go to the attic to check then he says oh it's only 4 years old. He will make some fake pic by breaking stuff to make you believe items are broken. Then he will demand a 75% deposit and then if you decide to not work with him then he will eat your money in the name of restocking.

When you ask for a receipt for the restocking fee he paid then he will lie and lie and lie. He has no receipt to show he purchased anything, he has no receipt of returning items and he has no receipt to show restocking fees and yet he wants to keep all 75% deposit.

Please don't make mistakes I made and trust this guy. I would not let him enter my house if I knew he has a history of threatening his customers and cursing them. Check the other review posted by someone else as well.

Talks about a 1 year warranty on his work then never responds when there are problems until you just give up and hire someone else

Called this company a while back to fix my shower- he let me know I needed a new shower head because my current one was broken- I did as he said and ordered a new shower head (that was $400). The first time he was scheduled to come install it, he pushed back my appointment about 6 different times throughout the day, ended up coming around 9pm and staying until 11. Said he needed one more day to fix it, did the same thing the next day and changed my schedule time about 6 different times throughout the day. When he came again, very late that night, he said he needed to do one more thing early the next morning and would be done. The next day he was suppose to come at 8am, once again that turned into 8pm and hours of him being there. After all this time, he told me he was unable to fix it. I was super frustrated and told him to just leave and I would hire someone else. However, after having three companies look at my shower I was told he ruined the new shower head that he told me to order, and I would need a new one, also, he did so much damage to my shower when trying to install this, I now need to have my shower re-tiled. One of the plumbers who came said "this is the worst job I have ever seen on my entire career." What should have been a simple replacement, has now turned into many hours of work, and over $1000 in work to fix what he messed up.

I have never been so upset by service in my life- do not use this man.

Want to personally thank Dalen for coming out and fixing our drain. Updated me on his ETA and when he arrived and starting working he took the time and explained what he was doing and how the tools he was using worked. Will use again in the future.

If you are looking for a "jack of all trades" Dalen fits the bill. Dalen has done everything for me from plumbing and electrical to drywall and painting. Great at diagnosing issues and always comes up with an economical solution. Very hard worker who goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right. Very honest and fair pricing and works within budgets and time-frames.
