Very happy with the quality of the company. Called them this morning because the other plumber bailed on me. Carlos is very professional, knowledgeable and punctual. Called me to let me know he can come earlier, and both he and his partner unplugged the drain pipes.

Thanks to Carlos another plumbing issue resolved quickly and efficiently. Leaky tub faucet- Carlos scheduled my appt. within 24 hours - replaced faucet and removed screw which was lodged up in valve. Plan to continue to use All Metroplex for all plumbing issues in the future.

Wednesday night about 10:15 at night water starting coming up through my shower, toilets and guest bathtub. Wow, not good. After using every towel in the house to soak up the water I thought this isn't good. The next morning I called All Metroplex Plumbing and was able to come within a couple hours. There was stoppage between my house and the main sewer system. Carlos did what every he does and was fixed within 30 minutes..Thank you for the great service.

All Metro plumbing was great!!!! Had issues with my tankless water heater and it was repaired on first visit and pricing was very competitive. Juan was on time, friendly and customer service was great. I highly recommend calling them for your next plumbing needs.

Bad customer service skills, he initially refused to quote how much they charge for a clogged kitchen sink drain until I pressed him for a ballpark figure and he said $165.00.

I have been contacted by the owner and also received an apology from Carlos. So they are at least responsive to bad yelp reviews. So I increased to 3 stars.

We had a hot water leak under our foundation and one of the quotes we received said we had to tear up floors and walls, YIKES! Carlos recommended someone to come find the leak and then said the most cost effective and least invasive repair would be done by tunneling under the foundation. We wanted to wait until he could finish the job he was working on just so we could use him and he arrived 10 minutes early for the scheduled appointment! Professional, reliable, honest and extremely fair pricing! Won't ever use another plumber!

The work was done about 6 weeks ago but I'd promised I'd write a review so here goes. Carlos and team did an outstanding job; my two heaters look great in the attic and I love that I'm not taking cold showers anymore. Carlos even built a bracket to hold the pipes in place The price was reasonable. I appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail and will call Carlos for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I called All Metroplex Plumbing because I thought one of the vent stacks might be plugged, causing odors from our sink/garbage disposal unit. Carlos came over the same day, took a look at the unit, the speed at which water drained, etc., and explained why it was not likely a problem with the vent stack. He thought it was the garbage disposal unit, despite the fact that I thought I had cleaned it thoroughly, and he suggested a couple of additional things I could do to stop the odor. I wanted to pay for the service call, because he definitely used his expertise, and that should be paid for, but he said no charge. (By the way, his first suggestion worked and the odor is gone.)
Carlos and All Metroplex Plumbing are great, and the next time I need plumbing work, I'm definitely calling them.

This is a bit late, since I had this service done about a month ago. During the hard freeze of winter, my outside spigot had frozen and broke somewhere behind the wall. I called and made an appointment--based on Yelp reviews. The next day Carlos came, exactly on time. It took about an hour, and when he left, the spigot looked better than the one my builder had installed, and the cement around it was a better job. It cost eighty-five dollars, which was a high penalty for leaving the hose hooked up in the winter. (I'm blaming the dog, for getting poo stuck in his fur and needing an emergency hose down.) I looked online, and it's a tad on the high side for the repair. But considering it was done right the first time, and there was ZERO stress, it was worth it.

I wanted to make sure the repair worked when the hose was being used, so I waited for the review. I also feel weird when I'm asked to post a review on Yelp. I planned to, but that's also part of the reason I waited. I'm sure folks do what they need to do for their business.

Very happy with the service we received from All Metroplex Plumbing! Not only did Carlos call me back promptly on a Friday evening (unlike the other half dozen plumbers I called), he was able to schedule an appointment quickly (for which he arrived early), was super professional, and was able to fix the problem quickly at fair price. We will definitely use him again for our future plumbing needs!
