I'm a out of state landlord, I own a duplex in Mesquite and live in FL. Miguel and I quickly built trust and he sent me lots of pics and explained my options within my budget in what eventually became a full remodel. He turned that old nasty dog into a modern contemporary style for less cost than the big company pros but the same quality for sure. It was such a big job, he cut me some deals along the way which really helped me out financially. I like his attention to perfection. For the 1-star reviews, I think there must be some kind of major miscommunication on the client's part bc I never had a single issue we couldn't solve. Will be using him for ongoing maintenance too.

I had my house painted by All Metroplex Handyman and they really went out of their way to get it done right!! They replaced a lot of damaged wood. They were neat, and cleaned up afterwards...talking me thru every step, and were friendly and available for any questions..the rate was very affordable I'll be happy to refer folks to them!! I contacted Miguel because a fellow real estate agent in my office highly recommended All Metroplex Handyman to help my seller do a few upgrades before listing their home for sale. First, I was completely astounded by the speed of communication that I received upon my first contact. Miguel was able to meet with me within a day to give me an estimate for my client on a fairly large painting and repair project. The price was extremely reasonable and Miguel & his crew were able to start right away.

Great care was taken by the crew to cover flooring, light fixtures, and other important posts of the home to protect surfaces from paint and dust.

The project was finished AHEAD of time! I was able to have the home on the market right on my schedule and the home sold within 48 hours, which greatly pleased my seller client! Potential buyers commented over and over on the interior of the home and how fantastic it looked, and this is all due to the quality, skill, and ability of Miguel to work timely while providing fantastic results.

I will continue referring my clients, friends, and family to Miguel for any handyman work, painting, or other home project - large or small. I will also be hiring him to remedy some of my own home issues left behind by a previous contractor company! I cannot recommend All Metroplex Handyman highly enough.

Miguel is a highly competent, patient and very helpful handyman. I used Miguel's services in August 2021. Miguel and his team removed very stubborn wallpaper from several rooms in my home, textured those walls and painted. They repaired some broken crown moldings, installed a garbage disposal, installed a "smart" thermostat and performed some other general work prior to moving in to my new house. Miguel will be my go-to consultant/handyman for as long as he wants to work with me. He is honest, reliable and a good person. I highly recommend Miguel and his team.

Not reliable. After I allowed him in my home to see my project. He left, and never submitted his estimate for the work. I even called him a week later, he said he is busy but he will get it to me. That was 6 wks ago.

Based on my personal experience with Miguel, I am not quire sure where those 5 star reviews came from. I recently closed on a rental property and had some installation work to be done. I found Miguel on yelp coz he's got pretty good ratings. We scheduled an appointment to get the work done but he didn't show up. Then I gave him a call asking if he's still coming and he said he's not finished with current work and gonna need at least an hour to get to my place. I had to reschedule it but he's not showing up on time again. The worst part is, I told him that I wanted to install one-sided deadbolt on the front door and garage door and even sent him pictures of what to buy. However, he still bought the wrong item and installed the two-sided deadbolts. And then he decided to give the keys to the tenants without even asking me ! He is like the worst handyman I've ever seen. I will never work with him again and will never recommend him to anyone !

You don't seem to have the attitude of admitting your fault but choose to cover up your problems by telling lies and assigning blames. I have the history of text messages sent between you and me that shows I rescheduled the first appointment 3 days prior to the originally scheduled time (So it is a lie that you said I didn't show up for the first appointment). And when the time came to the first appointment, it was you that didn't show up on time and told me you would need at least another 1 hour when you were already 30 minutes late. That was when I had to reschedule it and you failed to show up on time again for the second appointment. For the wrong item issue, I was not notified in any forms from you about the wrong items you were going to purchase until after you had already installed them (So it is a lie that you said I was fully aware of that). You just made decisions yourself without communicating with me at all. Maybe the items were not available in the store that he went to, but the common sense was to call me to discuss what to do next instead of making decisions yourself. I've meaning to give you more stars since I left my original review because I understand it is not easy to do business nowadays especially with this COVID thing going on. But then I saw your response here which is full of lies and lack of facts.

If you want to defend yourself, please stop making up stories. And if you want to succeed in your business, please focus more on improving your quality of work and work ethics than on telling lies to make yourself look good.
