Technician Josh is very condescending. If you have a tankless water heater be assured he will remind you of the annual $400 flush fee AM charges to keep it under warranty.

See what BBB says. Guy tried to sell me an expensive soft water system without looking at the pipes in question. Then when I asked for another tech they never sent one and lied that they did. When I called to find out why no one came, they said i wasn't on the schedule and said to F*** off. Pretty sure I reached the plumber I called to complain about. Beware of Dan.

Don't do business with this company. Don't sign up for a service plan to get a discount on service because they will gladly take money from you a year later without any notice to "renew" the plan. Don't bother calling them about it either, since the process to arrange for a refund involves sending an email to their dispatch team via Gmail or taking longer than a week for the "finance team" to review your claim. They are totally unprofessional, and have exceptionally poor customer service over the phone.

There are plenty of other good plumbers in DFW and the Mansfield area. Skip All Masters Plumbing, or at least be sure to use a credit card if you do so you can reverse erroneous charges if they decide to dip into your account without notice.

I called regarding an urgent plumbing matter at 11 pm. I was told a plumber would be out between 1-3 am. I called back after the window passes to cancel. No one called me stating they would be late or that they were not coming.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!! Full of FALSE PROMISES and LIES!!! My elderly mother needed someone to come out to fix a broken spigot that was pumping out gallons of water into her yard and threatened to flood her house. The city water department came out and was unable to turn it off from the street so she called All Masters that is advertised as 24/7 (the first lie) and scheduled for someone to come at between 2am - 6 am. NO ONE CAME. She called them back at 6:34 am and they said "we don't know why no one came out. We will call a supervisor and they will call you right back." 45 minutes later, NO CALL. So my mom called again and she received a text at 7:43 am with Alberto Sanchez en route to her home. She then receives another text at 7:54 am that another plumber, Junior Aviles, was he was en route to her home. One hour later, NO ONE SHOWED UP!!! At almost 9am, someone from the city water department said they would come out to try to fix it for her so she called All Masters back to say forget it since it was clear no one was going to show up in any kind of timely manner, to which the representative said "okay" and hung up. They sure took their sweet time getting someone out to her house after no one showed up in the initial time frame they promised, but they were quick to collect her credit card information for the service call fee!!!! WILL NEVER USE THEM OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!! Don't advertise 24/7 emergency plumbing if it's BS because that's called FALSE ADVERTISING.

Manager - if you don't know, accusing the customer is never the best answer. I am in customer service and completely disagree with their business ethic.

Called roto rooter In ft worth they were able to get the job done less than 20 mins and didn't lie to me about what was needed.

Had them do estimate on hot water heater about a year ago, rather than fixing the problem, received very high pressure "sales" for new $3000 unit .. they would not take no for an answer.. exhausted from slimy sales tactics I finally said yes but contingent on getting a second opinion from another company; received a second opinion from another company, and that company determined it was a simple fix. Attempted to cancel the (unnecessary) new unit from all masters plumbing; once again received very high pressure and they wouldn't take no for an answer. I reminded them our agreement was contingent to which they ignored. They made it seem like it would take an act of Congress to stop the order.. after going back-and-forth multiple times, they finally agreed to stop the order only if we paid a "fee" for their troubles. And NOW.. one year later I am finding fraudulent charges from them on my credit card statement! Stay away, AVOID THESE CROOKS!

I used them twice and both times they tried to rip me off! The first time they overcharged me, never showed up when they were supposed to and had excuses for why they couldn't do things on time and they broke the toilet and were trying to get me to pay for a new one. Several of my neighbors saw their work and gave negative feedback.

The second time I was hoping the same issue was under warranty but they tried to say the roots were in a different spot. They use the pressure tactic to get you to commit to the overpriced work in hopes that you don't get another person out there.

​It started good, but here I am two weeks later, and issues are still happening. There is no scheduled time. They send you a text letting you know they have been dispatched but don't show up for another two hours. They keep jetting the system, and that is not fixing the problem. Parts of other jobs they were doing still aren't completed yet, and I have two holes in and just outside my house. I'm waiting on them again today due to my toilets not working again. They tell me I have old pipes, but yet no solution gives. To fix it. They tell me cleanouts, but that is just a band-aid solution. I have now spent over 20k, and I am afraid im being scammed. I never write bad reviews, and im disappointed it's come to this, but I don't want anyone to go through what I am going through.

Sent a dispatch email for a commercial job that clearly requested them to respond with an acceptance and give an ETA for their technician. I was told the call would be taken care of between 11-2 on Saturday. The email was never responded to so I called them back after 4 hours and no answer, I then emailed them the request 4 times, and still no answer. Finally, got an answer and was told I had to reschedule for 3-8. ALLMASTERS did a no-show AGAIN as my client calls me to inform me. I continued calling ALL MASTERS BACK being I already got a verbal but no answer, finally late in the day, with no regard, I finally get a person on the phone and they rescheduled me for Sunday between 11-3 and again, I requested that the dispatch email be responded to. I did not want to send a different company out, just needed ALLMASTERS to do what they said they were going to do. Starting Sunday I called again, no answer, I then called after lunch, only to be told that their tech would not be there AGAIN until 3-8. that is now the 4th reschedule...and I stated, no I have had 3 appointments with you and you keep putting me off. Lynsey then says, well you will need to find someone else.
