Recommended Customer Reviews

I spent $7,500 and four weeks of my life to get a new toilet and I wish I had read these reviews before I let these people in my house. Mystery charges, minimal discounts and tile work I was told I didn't need and then had to have were the main pain points. Scheduled appointments that were missed multiple times was also an issue. There was no justification for the additional charges nor was there an explanation for the missed appointments. Don't use these people. Ever.

If I could give them zero stars I would, my water heater broke over the summer and they tried to charge me $4900 to change a water heater. My husband paid $1000 deposit down and when we decided not to go with them, they refused to refund any of the deposit and the supervisor was so rude, he basically stated that it is not his problem that we don't want their service anymore and if I had paid in full, he still wouldn't have given me a refund.

Do NOT go with them UNTIL you have multiple other quotes. Especially if the service relates to clogged drains outside your home. They are out for your money from the very start and with ridiculous prices. Had a quote for $1200 from them to fix my drains (was not fixed). Had another company come out and said they found one of the drains which was clogged. Fixed it in ten minutes for $230!!!!! I'm sick to my stomach that I did not "shop around" to other companies for the same service.

I requested plumbing for my bathroom. He came out and basically did nothing maybe because I was in the lower class neighborhood he did the least possible and my toilet was still messed up. Called city to make sure it wasn't their line. Real nice gentleman came out and checked everything was good . Called another plumber fixed in 15 minutes. They told that it would be 89 but that was for them just to come out 89 more to try and fix. So 200 for 30min. So one star for showing up.

Very frustrated with this company. We have used y'all in the very recent past and have a remodel on the horizon. We scheduled an appointment for an $89 estimate on a job (to find out if what we want is even something they can do) and we stayed home in the 4-hour window we were given. They did not come. They called after the four hours to tell us they wouldn't make it. We scheduled a second appointment two days later. We waited for four hours and once again, they did not come but this time they didn't even call. That's 8 hours out of our week in which we had to make several cancellations of plans.
Today we called a third time explaining that we have measurements for the remodel and this plumbing quote is crucial for this. No real regard given. We were once again given one four hour window in which we are not able to be home.
Now no estimate at all.
Very unprofessional. Very disappointed.

Terrible sales process and customer follow-up. understaffed and overwork. Such that team arrived 3 separate times outside the scheduled window. initial sales quote and final sales invoice differed by over $20000. Promises verbally made were never kept.

This company only wants to replace where there is a problem. They don't want to fix anything, and they overcharge.
All-Masters Plumbing takes advantage of the consumer.
The only good reviews they have are on Google, and they can manipulate the Google reviews. Before using this company, please check Yelp, Facebook, or any other review service.
When you call the office, you can't get an answer. They are very good at getting you off the phone without giving you any information. They always say I'll have someone call back, but they never do.
I rate them a negative 10. Don't sign their contract. They will make you pay for everything before they start work if you call them about it. They only say it is in your contract. They won't break out the work on your invoice which causes problems with the claims adjusters and makes it almost impossible to figure out what you are paying for. They will only give you a total.
We had stopped up waste lines. They told us the Galvanized waste lines were broken and needed to be fixed. They put an insert in the line, and the insert sticks to the outer current pipe. I tell you this because I was reading the invoice, and it says if I call the city for an inspection of the insert, I will be responsible for paying to replace the original pipe. What?
They also said they would fix the line to the front bathroom, but they didn't.
After they fixed the waste line, they said we needed a new water heater for $4,995.00 because the 5-year-old one we had was old and had sediment in the bottom. We got a second opinion, and the second plumber fixed it for $200.00.
Guess what happened about 4-5 days after everything had been supposedly fixed. THE WASTE LINES STOPPED UP! They had to blow the lines out again.
I got a loan to pay for the above work, and I was looking at the invoice sent to my loan company for payment to All-Masters. Guess what? They charged me $4,995.00 to the loan company, and the loan company paid All-Masters for the water heater that was never installed. If I had not noticed it in the invoice, it would have never been discovered, and All-Masters would have overbilled me by $4,995.00.

We felt completely taken advantage of after working with All Masters Plumbing and I would highly recommend not using this company. The price they charged us for the work was near criminal. Plus, I have heard that most of their reviews are paid for and fake so be weary. I would leave a 0 star review if possible.
The technicians seem to be trained to scare the customer into paying for things they don't need then over charging for the job.
For example they quoted us on a job they said was "necessary" to replace our water heater for a price of $5k while another plumber came out and fixed the issue for $200. This other plumber even mentioned they have heard numerous horror stories about All Masters Plumbing taking advantage of people.
In another situation, we had an emergency and we decided to go with All Masters Plumbing because they said they could get out there and fix it right away. Turns out they Over Promised, Under Delivered, and Over Charged. I'm genuinely embarrassed to admit the amount they charged us for the work they did. It makes me sick to my stomach and the only reason we went with them is because we were in an emergency situation. Then, once they started the job the cost of the project kept going up and up. Again, we felt completely taken advantage of.
In addition, their customer service was terrible, I would consistently call in and ask for updates, they would tell me they would call me back and never did.
I would highly recommend not working with this company.

My family hired All Masters Plumbing without getting bids from anyone else which was a mistake but we hired them for $22,000 to redo our Septic system. They were hired in June but they did not start the majority of the work until November of the same year. We found out that had we shopped around for bids the cost would have been about $15,000. Due to the weather and high ground water table in the winter versus a low ground water table in the summer. it took longer for them to complete the project. They do not communicate very well with the customer, they tell you they are coming out a certain day but never show up or call to let you know what is happening or they tell you a person is going to call you , but that seldom happens. If you hire them, you must be the squeaky wheel. That said THEY DID GET THE JOB DONE. They send you a copy of your estimate and Contract via email so be sure to print them out for your records.

I will share my experience with this company
Deceptive business, period.
They will inflate cost and tell you the insurance will pay
Money is expected before a job is completed and "promise" its covered
You will get zero response from their customer support and zero communication with insurance adjusters
Good luck dealing with these crooks
look up the BBB report before you call them
