This company is a SCAM! They lied to me about needing to replace a vent on my water heater and were going to charge me over $1,000 for the repair. I called a plumber in Allen who came out and was able to fix the issue for me in less than 5 minutes. PLEASE do not ever use this company. Not to mention their receptionist is so rude!

I would suggest you to avoid this plumber as you can, here is my experience:

They came to fix kitchen sink clogged issue on Jan 4th, 2023 , paid 249$ for running snake ( they need you pay first, instead of pay after work done) - did not work, then they say can definitely open the drain with hydro jet which we need pay 1050$, we paid that however we feel this seem a lot but we have to solve the problem. Also paid first then they did run the hydro jet from the outside. After than they said it fixed and they suggest that we pay another 2494$ for camera for warranty, we did not accept since at that point we paid 1299$ just for fix the drain and it fixed according to them. On the evening of Jan 6, tenant called said the kitchen sink still clogged when she check it and she said she did not use it since they plumbing fix. We contact All master plumbing right away, then we got to talk to them on Jan 7th, they refuse to fix without more payment, which is camera and hydro jet again, the hydro jet cost can be applied to further work. They denied that they did not fix the issue and said that we could dump a gallon of grease into the sink ourrself ....I requested some refund of the hydro jet charge but they refused. We had terrible experience and stepped away from them because this is like a trap ....

Scheduled for a 4 hour afternoon window, they called at the end of the window asking to reschedule. Rescheduled for the next day, another 3 hour window, still a no-show.

If I could give a 0 I would. First of all the ValPak ad was misleading. When the tech came she quoted more. She never used the camera to try and see what was in there. States that the person I spoke to was new and she gave me the wrong information.. I should have been aware when I was asked to pay upfront. I NEVER do that. The technician appeared innocent. After checking and stating that she could not fix shower. She asked if I would give her a good rating. I went to check the shower and all the water was still in there. I asked her to remove the water.She was going to just leave it like that. After she has made over $200. Then she proceeds to tell me that she has a cleaner and a deodorizer that she can sell me for $50. After saying no to her a few times, she presented with 2 bottles for the price of 1. States that it will probably help with whatever is in the drain. She makes a call and offers to go on the roof but it will be $2000. I asked her to leave. This was a total rip off. The only reason I let them keep the money, I figured that they are highly desperate or totally stupid. This company ethics is crap! Don't use them.

Got a water heater installed 2020, broken in 2021 replaced gas valve, just a year later they said they don't have warranty, so they charged labor fee. Then this year 2022 broken again, called and didn't show up the first day, second day says no warranty and nothing, wants to charge up to thousands to fix. I said I'm not sure will get back, then they charged me $89 consultation fee and left. Unbelievable, you guys chose the water heater, you guys installed, issues after issue, and then tells me no warranty, not responsible. Terrible company

All Masters repiped my entire home. The service started out UNPROFESSIONAL because one of the employees had a serious potty mouth and had no couth in my opinion. The work started out being done in a timely manner; however,once they were paid, they started dragging their feet to complete the job when they were told well in advance that I had an upcoming trip out of the state. They assured me that they could be done before my trip. I found myself constantly calling as to when the job would be completed only to listen to various staff members, mostly females, who were well-trained in apologizing, cautious with their excuses, and basically lying for their employees' no-show behaviors. I had to conduct business with them while I was visiting my family in another whole state! It was a frustrating experience and the city of Desoto red-flagged the plumbing job at the end because their so-call professionals neglected to do what they knew the city required for plumbing inspections (adding of insulation). They didn't have a choice but to correct their flaws. Secondly, one of the workers didn't turn off my pipes while they were in the process of doing the job. Water ended up in my living room floor as well as the kitchen and nook. The head employee (Potty-Mouth) of the job informed the company, but I didn't get so much as an apology from the company...totally unprofessional!
Finally, the machinery used by one of their employees to get to my outdoor water line tore up an area of my neighbor's yard! They did repair his yard after my repeated calls and persistence about the issue. I would never use this company again! Their easy offer of financing is attractive, but it is my belief that they over-price customers, and have little to no professional ethics. They need to change their name because the only thing they are masters in is DECEIT!!!!!

Technician was late and quoted 5k for a gas water heater. We got one done for $1300 from another company. They try to sell memberships and are way over priced. They charged us $90 to come out and give a ridiculous quote. Never again.

I hired ALL MASTERS and they wanted $2150.00 to repair a leak in our yard. My husband had already dug a hole and found a leaking pipe blue pipe. They wanted half upfront which I paid and Wade Benson told my husband and I that the remaining balance would be collected once the work was completed. They came out the next day and dug a bigger area in the yard and left. Wade Benson Technician came back and wanted Thousands of dollars to repair the water line. He stated that it was 100 feet and that they charge $100 a foot and came up with price of $10,000. He attempted to collect half of the $5000 and and include the rest of the original amount in the final cost. I got him to take out the remaining balance on first repair which didn't happen but I paid $1,075 for them to dig a hole.
They got a crew out the next day to begin the line repair and I got a call from my husband stating that they were requesting the remaining balance of $5,000 and then they would have the work inspected and then fill in the now 3 holes including torn up shrubs, grass and plants in my front yard. Luckily they didn't have to dig a trench because they were able to do it underground. I was told that they cannot always do the underground method but that if a trench was required, it would not cost me any more from us. I told my husband that I would not be paying the final payment until the work is done and inspected by the city inspector. I asked about a permit but my husband stated that they had not provided a copy of the permit.
I called their office and talked to a gal at the office and she had told my husband that the work had already been inspected. She told me that she made a mistake and it had not been inspected ( same thing I read in another guys review, problem is, I didn't see that review until it was too late). I told the lady that I would not be paying until the work was completed. After a heated discussion and her telling me what I am going to do. At this time, the CITY inspector is to come tomorrow and according to the lady in office, the crew to fill the holes cannot come until Friday. I told the lady I had no problem with them coming Friday and that I had no problem paying them but that I had read bad reviews regarding them not finishing the job by leaving the holes open.

At this time I am still happy to complete the transaction if the CITY inspector is on the up and up and this company is on the up and up as well. I checked the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners and could not find this company nor Responsible Master Plumber Bryan Barnes M-39664 and he is not listed as licensed.

Way overpriced. Will never use again. Charged $450 to change out two hose bibs on outdoor faucets. Both $6 parts and about an hour.
