Just changed plumbing companies after 8 years and so glad I made the change! All Lines Gas and Plumbing gives great customer service at a reasonable price and there work is exceptional. I live in Powell and just had an outdoor kitchen installed. I called All Lines to come out and give me a quote to hook up the natural gas grill. I thought the quote was very reasonable and scheduled to have the work done. They called the night before to confirm, did the work which I was very pleased with and even gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was working well and to ensure I was satisfied. Customer service is still alive and well!

I was at the end of my rope with Columbia Gas. They moved my meter last week and after doing so, my house lines were no longer holding pressure. The lines had been tested immediately prior to the replacement of the new meter and they were fine. When the tech came to restart gas service, there was a massive leak. The Columbia Gas tech guys just shrugged, said ""house lines. Your problem"" and left. This was Friday night and we'd been without gas for three days already. On Saturday morning, I got on Yelp and found some good reviews for Mike of All Lines Plumbing. I called. He answered! On a Saturday. He was at another job nearby. Within two hours, he was at my home. He gave me a price and I agreed. He got to work right away! I was planning for Monday at best! He worked taking my lines apart until after 10:00 that night. (We live in an old home and have miles of line.) he explained the process of putting the lines back together piece by piece and testing with each addition. He quickly realized that the problem was at the meter. Today, he was back, putting it back together. Piece by piece. My lines hold pressure perfectly now and Columbia will be getting the bill (minus the extra $100 I threw in for the great service, professionalism and courtesy. I also felt that the job had been underpriced at the beginning and he spent A LOT of time here). As he put the lines back together, he swapped out old valves for new ones explains that they don't last forever. He even saw an issue with some flexible tubing on my furnace that was not bonded and switched it out for pipe. I think he added ten bucks for that. If you can find a good plumber, you're lucky. And we feel very lucky to have found Mike through Yelp. He's not looking to scare you or rip you off. He's looking to make an honest living...and it appears that he sees every job as a puzzle that he gets to put together. His upbeat disposition gave me the idea that he likes what he does and likes to solve problems for others. We are going to have him come put in a water heater at another property very soon. Thanks!

I had a frozen pipe situation in my home in January. It is a bi-level and the bathrooms are in the upper level. There were repairs done in the bathrooms and in the first level.

I called up this company and since they were available the same day I asked them to start fixing it. I discovered their hourly rate was exorbitant ($87.50), but since he started fixing it, I thought I will let him do the job. It took him about 10 visits over more than a month to fix it and it cost me around $1668 from mid Jan to mid Februrary, 2015.

He did the last part of the job in extreme hurry. He did not put the toilet in the master bathroom correctly (hard to see from inside the bathroom) and he did not fix the leaking faucet (since it was dripping at the back - again hard to see) in the master bathroom. This resulted in water leaking into a space in the ceiling above the garage. But since I do not use that bathroom very frequently, it took me till April 2015 to notice that there was blackening in the ceiling of the garage, just below the master bathroom. Then I could trace back the problems.

When he was finishing up in February, there were other minor things that he did not finish properly - but I got so exhausted that I said I will take care of those small issues - like missing skutchings in 3 places, damaged paint at two places in the hall bathroom.

I have been trying to call him since April 2015. I must have called 50 times and sent 20 text messages over the last 3 months. I got hold of him only once in April and he asked me to call back later that day, which he of course did not respond. So right now, he does not even pick up my phone or respond to my text messages.

Being a licensed plumber, I thought I can rely on him for the job. Since I have paid him for the full job, I expected him to do it properly.

I appreciated that they were available the same day. They let me know when they were on there way and they stuck to it. Once Mike was done unclogging both my tub and sink not only did they clean up after themselves but they explained to me why and how it was caused and what to do to prevent it again. I was also quoted on the phone the same amount I was charged so there were no hidden fees. Hoping I don't have any more issues, if this comes back up I will definitely reach back out to these guys.

Mike replaced the plumbing in a house we purchased that had all the copper removed. He did an ok job initially (though kept pushing back the done by date without updating me). However, when we realized the outdoor spigots had been hooked up to the hot water, he promised to come within a week to fix it. It's been over a month and he won't answer my calls and hasn't fixed the mistake.

Michael just left my house after working hard to clear roots out of my line. I'd had RotoRooter and Waterworks out previously who only busted through the first part of the clog, called it sludge and charged me more for that than All Lines Gas & Plumbing did for clearing my entire line
all the way out to the main city line.

He explained everything to me he was doing in layman's terms so I would understand exactly what he was doing. He even replaced a trap for me that he noticed needed it unrelated to this repair.

Great and friendly service at what I consider a very fair price. I highly recommend them.
