My water bill doubled two months in a row so there is a leak on my property someplace. I called All Leak Water Detection on a Monday and talked to Angel. Very professional on the phone and had a caring attitude. She couldn't get anyone out till Thursday, so I said OK. On Thursday morning Michael & Christian showed up and started testing water lines systematically. They eliminated a leak in the main line to the house and all the plumbing in the house. That left two possibilities. My pool and the irrigation system. It seems like it is ""always"" the pool, so Mike & Christian performed some tests by plugging up the pool inlet line. After a little time, Mike concluded that the leak was not there. So, he performed a 24-hour bucket test to see if the pool was losing water. A simple test you can find on-line. They came back in 24 hours (Friday) and concluded that there was no leak. Mike had a phrase he used more than once. He said that ""... the hardest leak to find is one that isn't there..."" In other words, he concluded that I didn't have a leak. But he could not explain away the fact that my water bill doubled two months in a row. He said that my irrigation system was also leak free up to the on/off valves that turn on with an irrigation clock. I thought he might want to manually turn on the irrigation clock to see if there was a leak in my drip system. HE DIDN'T. He left on Friday concluding that there was no leak and I paid some $350 to find out nothing was wrong. However, there is something wrong. On Saturday, coincidentally, I had a plumber installing a water filtration system and he had to turn off the water meter at the street. When the plumber went to the meter it was spinning wildly yet there was no water running anywhere on the property EXCEPT in my irrigation drip system. We shut off the water to the irrigation system and the meter stopped running. Seemed like a simple way to prove where the leak is but All Leak Detection didn't do that. I called All leak and told them what I found, and they had the same lame excuse for not finding a leak. ""All the lines under pressure were checked and there is no leak"" is what they say. When questioned about the drip system their answer is that that they are not capable of checking that system but since the irrigation lines are near the surface, a leak will present itself. So, that is the final answer from so-called professional leak detection experts. ""The leak will eventually present itself."" They will not or cannot check the drip system. Since the leak is over two months old now and it is not ""presenting itself"" my only option seems to be to tear up my yard and put in all new irrigation lines.
So much for leak detection professionals. I wouldn't call them.

AWESOME!!! I'd give more stars if it allowed, they deserve them all! Robert is a great guy! This is the 2nd time he came through for me. Each was a big troubleshooting job in which I used the services of other plumbers with no success. The first time, a few months back (I should have wrote the review then), he immediately found the issue and resolved it. We just had another plumbing problem and I put my faith in Robert and he came through again. This problem was an ongoing issue that went on for months...that I reached out to so many services for relief and was getting frustrated that no one could figure it out.
Once again, Robert pinpointed the source of the problem and fixed it asap!
I found my lifetime plumber and starting with Yelp, and personal referrals from this moment on.... Robert and All Leak Detection is where it begins and ends when you need plumbing work.
Great job guys, I appreciate you!

WARNING, WARNING! Unfortunately I used this company and literally paid for it. I had a below slab copper pipe water leak. They came out and attempted to repair the leak under the slab. They were unable and I was billed $1050. They came back out and rerouted the line overhead approximately 4 hours work for two guys. Billed me an additional $2,500. Remember they already knew where the leak was. Total cost to fix one leaking hot water pipe $3,550. I estimated they used less than $500 in materials and charged over $350 an hour in labor.

Greatest service from a company I've had in years! Mike came out, we talked about my spiked water bill and what the water company told me to do then we went through the steps again, walked through how to check if it was irrigation or the main water line and found the problem. He discounted the service call and even pulled out a yard stake that I couldn't get out which was a fall hazard. You rarely find companies that walk you through what they are doing, what things to check and why and help you narrow down the problem even after their part of the job is technically done. Great service! I've shared my experience with my FB friends too in case they have a need.

Thank you not only for your extremely timely response but amazing service. One less stress during this crazy time.

I found this company on Yelp, and they came through for me. We were installing a new floor and we thought we might have had a leak under the foundation. Our flooring people didn't want to continue until we had it checked out. I received the news re: the issue at hand from the flooring people, I yelped and made a phone call to All Leak Detection, around 12:00n. All Leak Detection was at our house by 2pm! Mike had come out to do his inspection. He was very knowledgeable, professional & friendly. He was able to deliver good news to us that day!
I was so impressed with their response time & and their efficiently. Will definitely recommend & refer to others.

After reading the excellent reviews of this company and their service I phoned them to see if Nelson still worked for them as he was recommended by so many of the people who submitted a review. He was and they scheduled him right out. He was very professional and competent and had the technical knowledge and electronic equipment to find the leak that I couldn't. Couldn't recommend them more! Well worth the cost.

After dealing with a leak no one could find and a couple different plumbing companies that weren't much help, I went online and found All Leak Detection. They were helpful from the very first call and Nelson was able to find and fix the leak. Wish I would have called them sooner! Highly recommend this company!!

This company is amazing. I called about an issue with my manual pool water fill assembly not working. I called at 8 am and by 9 am, Nelson Andrade, their field supervisor, was at the house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and searched for a replacement part on his truck. He was finished in an hour and did a wonderful job at the most reasonable price ever. I will use this company for all my plumbing leaks going forward. I highly recommend them.

Active Plumbing has taken care of all our plumbing needs for 18 years. Eddie, the owner, and his son Chris are always very responsive to fix irrigation leaks, water heater problems, leaky faucets, and other every day plumbing problems. And now they also maintain our heating and air conditioning systems.

The other important quality is that they bring a personal, hometown commitment to each job--a difficult thing to find in the big city of Las Vegas.
