I reached out to this company because I had an electrical emergency. I called the number provided, and the woman who answered the phone was polite and helpful. She informed me the technician was going to call me in 15 minutes to confirm ETA to the residence. 45 minutes later I call back and get a young man on the phone who again was polite and very apologetic. He informed me the technician would be calling me in 15 minutes to confirm ETA. So again, I wait. I figured I would give the benefit of the doubt, I mean seriously life happens to the best of us. I wait 35 minutes, and call for the 3rd time the lady on the phone was nice, she all the same information I've already given 2 times prior. She tells me, the tech will call in 15 minutes, but they have a 2-hour window to arrive onsite. So I think, Ok well this is new information, cool! I was wrong.
I get a call from George, he tells me what probably happened, and I said Ok George, can you get here today to confirm your theory? He said, nope I didn't break it, I'm not fixing it. Unbelievable! I was in shock!! Almost speechless. I said, ok thank you for nothing George, it would have been super helpful if you would have called me back the first time I called so I could have found someone who wasn't busy and was willing to fix it, even though they didn't break it.

I am completely disgusted by this company. Last week, my furnace started blowing out cold air. I reached out to American Standard 3 times and finally someone from All Jersey Mechanical and Construction reached out to me the next morning, after my family froze all night. When the technician came in, he said that the sensor just needed to be cleaned. $129 later for the cleaning plus an $81 walk-in fee and he was on his way.

Today, I am without heat again and do you think they've called me back???? NO. It's crazy and honestly, it's disgusting. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I will never recommend this company to anyone I know. I'm normally not the type to write reviews, but this situation really has me upset.

This review is a pleasure to write. Being in the customer service I did what everyone does when issues happen... I called friends! When noone answered I the turned to my friend Google and came across All Jersey. My water heater was installed in 1991 and 23 years later it decided to fail. I called All Jersey on Monday after long day of work and was assured that they would be able to handle the problem the next day which was a relief. Tuesday came and so did All Jersey, the water heater was installed and they even took care of another plumbing issue I sprung on them. the professionalism exhibited in both the intail phone call and the install was second to none. I will be keeping their card on me at all times and when a client asks who to call I'll be sure to show them the card.
