Now these guys are good! I've seen them in action personally with my own eyes. What i liked about them was the fact that the guy called the shop where he gets his parts from and I could hear the quote on speaker phone so you know I was not being ripped off in material alone, then I got a fair price for what I was having done. Believe me I looked around and the guys with the fancy trucks were charging fancy prices! I'm by all means not a penny pincher but if I can save a few hundo then I can save some integrity! Shouts out to All Integrity Plumbing!!

I had a t-joint start leaking in my ceiling and Greg was able to get get over and fix the problem within an hour for significantly less than others were quoting. He also took the time to explain other issues I should address, highly recommend him.

Great reviews from Angie list may make them think they can relax when it comes to good phone contact with new customers. I have 20 years in selling and I can tell you that this is not a good strategy! In my case today, I had a very bad experience as the person on the phone was rude, spoke over the top of me, and did not ask the correct questions. Well I guess they are busy so they will do just fine without my business.

DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!

I've never had an experience as bad as this one with a contractor before:
-Plumber showed up without all of his tools. Had to keep borrowing mine.
-Had no wet vac with him so standing water was left to mold and mildew for two days
-Plumber was inexperienced and continually asked for MY ADVICE(!!) on how to finish job.
-Plumber was here until 11pm on a Saturday night for a job that should have taken only a few hours
-Plumber came alone so I had to help him all day long. Imagine paying over $1,000 for a job that you have to help do yourself! By the time he left i was wet, sweaty and covered in dry wall...and I'm paying them!
-Plumber said (this is a quote) ""That job kicked my a$$. I'm too tired to come back tomorrow. I'll come clean up on Monday."" My appliances were all moved, my house was a mess and there were holes all over my kitchen for an entire day while the plumber rested.
-Plumber was 1 hour and 15 minutes late on Monday morning without a phone call so I had to miss a day of work sitting around waiting for him. When he did show up, he showed up without drywall patches so he had to use mine.
-When, after three days of frustration, I called Greg, the owner of the company to tell him about the experience, he told me ""tough luck... we finished the job didn't we?""
-Company does not accept credit cards, but they won't tell you that until after the work is completed
-All this and they still have the nerve to call themselves ""All Integrity Plumbing"" YEAH RIGHT!
