STAY AWAY!! You have been warned!!

Team came to our location, installed a gas pipe that was under specified and COULD NOT WORK, they claimed it worked for them while on-site while I was telling them it didn't and was confirmed by others when we hired another firm to do it right.
All in the family stopped responding and kept our $1200. The another firm, specified correctly, installed, working well, cost me another $1200 that All in the family kept after not completing the job and ghosting me on communications.

Like I said, you have been warned, proceed with caution!

We scheduled a second opinion for a slow drain (diagnosed as a broken pipe by another company). All In The Family Plumbing came out, diagnosed the problem as a grease buildup in the lines and fixed the problem while there. Their employees are knowledgable, very competent, and fair. The company operates with honesty and integrity and I recommend them highly. They saved us thousands!

I had a leak in one of two sinks in the master bathroom. Called them on Friday they said they would be here between 2 and 5 PM today which is a Monday. At 12:20. I got a call that they were on the way. . He lay on the floor in my bathroom. My Australian Shepherd kept trying to give him kisses I am trying to get my dog to leave him alone and he's telling me that he loves dogs leave the dog alone. So not only did he fix my problem but my Aussie fell in love with him. This is the third time I've had to use them and they have done a fantastic job each time.

I had a leak in my upstairs master closet there was a constant drip you can hear through the wall and also in my dowstairs office that was showing a water spot in the ceiling. I thought it was a pipe leak so went and shut the water to the house off and opened all of my water valves in the house to relieve the pressure this seemed to make the dripping stop. The next morning we saw on our nextdoor that All in the family Plumbing was highly recommended so I gave them a call and was told they were booked for the day but will try to fit me in the afternoon. When they showed up the issues was not my pipes but and overflow pipe for my A/C was clogged causing the P-trap to overflow down the wall. The cost was very reasonable and after the repair no more dripping. Thanks for your service and will highly recommend this buisness to anyone.

I've had them come out twice lately, once to review a quick fix I put in to stop a leak from the 2021 freeze, and more recently to loosen a stuck water filter cartridge.
Always professional and I never feel that they are looking to take the money and run. I really feel that they care about repeat customers and long term relationships.

I highly recommend this company. They were not the lowest bid for installing a new water heater but, boy am I glad I chose them. The brand new 9 yr guarantee water heater I bought from Home Depot did not work. This company did not charged more to take it out and install one I bought from them. Their total price was as low as other companies had bid for the same heater and one instillation. Nice courteous and efficient. Neat and clean job.

Unfortunately, I have to give this company a negative review which I truly hate. I love giving positive reviews, but I'm leaving this one in hopes that they read it and improve their customer service. I used them several years ago, never had a problem. However, I have tried twice now to get them out for a quote on a fairly big job and they no showed on us.. twice! I realize that everyone is busy because of the freeze and the first no show, after reaching out to them again, not them contacting me, they explained they were backed up and they were sorry they didn't come by. These things happen I know so I said no problem and got back on their schedule. They were supposed to come today so I texted their dispatch yesterday to make sure they were still coming by. They confirmed and told me to have a great evening. Great, I wait ALL day and no call or show. I texted at 5pm "is anyone still coming by?" NO RESPONSE. Very poor customer service. This tells me they are so busy they don't need any more business.. so my advice is to oblige them and seek service with another plumbing company.
