First let me say that All In Plumbing did not do anything at my home. This was because they stopped returning calls and texts. Extremely unprofessional. They had contacted me from a business referral site and said they were interested in the job. I called and scheduled a meeting with Cesar. He came to my home and said they could do the job and would provide me with an estimate in a few days. After weeks of waiting Cesar failed to provide me an estimate. I contacted their office and was told that Cesar or Derrek would call me within a hour. That never happened. I think they never intended to the job. Cesar was a waste of time and energy and neither him or Derrek ever returns calls. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other plumbers in Tucson that will treat you much better.

Do not use this company. They do not give you an estimate, do not do a good job and overcharge. Unprofessional, dishonest and unpleasant.

I forgot to mention that they will tell you that you were given an itemized cost breakdown of the work to be performed for your approval.

Beware! Bid did not include a warranty nor all of the work that was requested. Postponed the job multiple times. Showed up 90 mins. after the scheduled start time. Refused to honor the bid within 24 hrs. of it being signed by the founder of the company. Yelled at the customer and did not respond to written requests.

Called All in Plumbing at 1:00 am on New Years. Was promised by Derick that he would be at our house at 9:00am, at 9:00 he was ring our door bell! He was there for us when we need a plumber. You can bet we will be call All in Plumbing when the time comes! Thank you Derick.

Derek was very prompt and courteous! He quickly figured out that the problem was actually with my AC and not my plumbing and put me in touch with folks to get it fixed. He didn't even charge me. I appreciate how honest and professional he was!

Where do I begin, we own a rental property and had these guys out.
I think the photos say it best. These guys are incompetent and will cost you more money. They were assigned to us through our home warranty company. They apparently received approval from the warranty company to replace the toilet. When replacing it, the didn't replace it with the correct size toilet. The old foot print of the toilet was substantially bigger than the new toilet they replaced it with! The floor was originally tiled and was only grouted to accommodate the original toilet, very common. These guys installed caulking around the new toilet and in the grout lines allowed any water that gets on the floor to seep into the downstairs ceiling!!!! So when we were getting water in the ceiling called them out, they then said our shower pan was leaking?! Decided to get a second opinion and there is no leak from the shower pan, so did the toilet even need to be replaced in the first place??

George of ALL-IN Plumbing did an excellent job on repairing 3 bath room sinks to a ""like new"" condition. He showed up 30 minutes early and was out of the home very quickly. He was truly polite, professional and did wear a mask. The price was reasonable and I would not hesitate to call him again. Thanks

Today I had Derek come over to fix my sink, and in the past I had Jorge come to fix my shower. They are very nice, quick response time and reasonably priced. Thank you for another amazing service! I recommend All In to anyone needing plumbing services!

Derick and Jorge were great! They came to unstop. my kitchen drain - a task which had eluded the efforts of the first plumbing company hired. Instead of trying to snake out from the roof as had been done before, they cleverly went in from under the sink and quietly and quickly removed the clog! The cleaned up after themselves and were kind to let my dog 'supervise' their work. And after they. left and I couldn't get my dishwasher to turn on, Derick returned and fixed that for me as well! (Was simply a plug issue.) I would highly recommend All In and these two fellas for your next plumbing job! I know I'll be calling them again if I have another problem!
