Terrible service 2700.00 for a pump, 2 lids and a pump out.Then LEFT THE SEWAGE on the ground.I had to call another company to clean up there mess.The owner screamed and curse me out because I complained.Never use this company!!! 9/6/2023!!

Worst experience ever! Professionalism 0/10 Responsiveness 0/10 Value 1/10 Ricky (Alias Rick) has the absolute worse attitude. Anything you want to discuss with him and he'll respond in a rude manner and tell you that you're giving him a headache. Will have to run through his middleman, Angel. So many obstacles with these people. 1. It took a month to get the permit but during this time I had to keep reminding them and even had to reach out to the health department when they stopped answering my calls/text. The health department sent me my permit bc after all you're the property owner. 2. Then, they wanted to increase the price on a dosing tank and filter by several grand. But I had the receipt/invoice to refute this nonsense. 3 . They also wanted to charge me everything upfront but I refused until everything was on the ground. By this time it was over 2 months since their initial appearance. 4. They constantly made up dates on when they would show up and get the job done. They seemingly had car troubles but couldn't answer phone calls. 5. They made up another story that the inspection would happen right away and then they would close up. In reality it took another TWO weeks. I had to find the inspectors phone number, who was kind enough to inform me of the situation. We both had to wait until they returned from vacation so they could close up. By this time neighbors were complaining of the smell and I had to contact the health department again. In sum, I'm sure this job would have never been finished if I had not been proactive. Needlessly, they made up so many excuses when they answered my calls. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Found them through Angi, price was good and they told me that they could do service next day at 10am. I agreed and the window was 10am-12pm at 11:57am next day I called to see if they were still coming. The dispatcher told me that he would call and see where the tech Angel was at and call me right back, an hour later I tried to call him and voicemail was full. I did finally get a call stating Angel would arrive in about 25 mins. At 2:15pm Angel arrived and stated that he needed a tool that """"someone must have taken off of his truck"""" He told us that he had to drive one hour round trip but would be back. THree hours later we tried calling again. No answer at all. Angel did manager to dig up part of our beautifully landscaped yard and destroy it before leaving to never return. DO NOT HIRE!!! EVER!!!

All In One Septic 04-23-22 Review: I was looking to get sceptic pumped because toilet was backing up I was having work on pipes but they said i should have sceptic empty to rule that out . Found one but they would not be able to come out till after weekend so I got a call from all in one sceptic told them I had some one that was coming out Monday he told me he could come out today And it would be 300 So I thought wow that's 50 cheaper then the 350 i was quoted from the other company so I agreed when they showed and was time to pay they told worker the charge 795 what was over double when I told him that isn't what was agreed to And i was not going to pay that Then they threating to put a lean on my house ... it got down to 350 witch I payed. And then contacted owner .I wanted my 50 that i paid over the quote. He even had a lawyer call me make you wounder what they did to other people So friends this is NOT a place to be trusted NOTE I DID NOT CALL THEM I WAS LOOKING ON ANGIE LIST AND HOMEADVISOR REFERD IT TO THEM AND THEY CALLED ME UPDATE this is what i got from them If $50 would get you off my back and leave me alone and have you never call me again I will give you the $50 back but here's the thing that review you gave me is getting off of me and I'm gonna have you sign a paper Just state that you are not going to leave a bad review nor slander my company if you can't accept that then you we have nothing else to talk about and you are not getting that $50 back. You can take me to court it would cost you more than $50 in gas to go to court

They installed a new septic tank and a new drainfield. The ground now is too rough to sow and mow grass, looks like a wanna-be equipment operator did the backfill. Tried to call, no answer always goes to voice mail, never return calls. The project was finished on 1/13/22 $15820.

We hired this company about a year and half ago, and had significant problems from the start. The county failed them on inspection a couple of times and they delayed a very long time in coming back to fix the problem. I am writing this review now, because after this long we are still having flooding issues in our yard. I tried calling them to have it fixed, but they have blocked my number. I have tried emailing but get no response. I have even tried calling from other phone numbers but they do not answer and their voicemail is full. I was able to leave one voicemail a couple of days ago, and they have not returned that call. The owner also threatened to not honor the 10-year warranty that they brag about all over the internet. I paid about $13,000 for the septic system, and am writing this review in hopes that they actually come fix the problem that is within the time period they promise to honor.

For 3 and half months we waited on a permit to be completed that was never done. In the time period we had several pumps that was included in our down payment. When we contacted the county it was never done. It was also noted this company does this often so that when the home owner changes companies they loose their deposit. This company does not return calls. They also leaked oil on our driveway and after 3 weeks of it sitting there they tried to clean it and made it worse.. They tell you they are coming and never show. Their business phone is not connected to voice mail. Your option is to text or email. This is definitely a scam. Their initial contract is horrible. After moving forward with a reputable company we learned how much more they did not do in regards with the permit that is county regulated. I've read in other reviews they don't show records of permits.. That indicates they don't do it which is illegal and they are charging the homeowner 600 dollars to pull it.. We lost half our money in the pumps they did. They created an agreement to pay us back some of the money. They never did until we were ready to contact a lawyer. Its odd because they can make more money doing the full job but in our case as well as other reviews they take half your money in cash or check up front, delay the permits in hopes of collecting and keeping your money out of the pumps they do while your waiting for three months. The county is getting involved as well as the county inspector. Unfortunately based on research this has happened before with other customers

Fast service on my routine septic pumping. Work was performed the next day with a minimum of disruption. Wayne provided professional work and clean up and the price was very reasonable. I will hire All In One Septic again for my next septic service.

I am absolutely astonished at the complete negligence and disregard of All In One Septic's customer service. I called two nights ago with an emergency septic repair. I have a family of 6 at home and the pump went out, with the kids out of school and the adults working from home, to say it was an emergency is an understatement. Anyway, they didn't answer Thursday evening. Which they boast about 24/hour service but whatever, that's fine. Friday morning, we made contact with whomever answers @ 863-430-9469 who said that he'd send someone out in just a couple of hours. Okay, fine. That was 8:04am. Four hours go by, and again with 6 people in the home all day, the septic is a must have. We call and the gentleman who answers @ 863-430-9469 says to call this guy @ 863-510-9391 because that's who is coming to service our septic system and to check where he was. We get ahold of gentleman @ 863-510-9391 who says it would be between 2 and 4 before he can be here. Well, at this point, that sucks but it's an emergency so we wait Close to 2pm we call to verify he's still coming between 2 and 4 because we had to run an errand and needed to know when they'd be here, and the gentleman @ 863-510-9391 says he is running behind and would be here between 4:30 and 5. At this point, it's too late to call another company and have them out here during regular business hours and not have to pay after hours call out fees, so we wait. 5:30 rolls around and we call the service guy @ 863-510-9391 who doesn't answer his phone. No voicemail, nothing. Just ignores our multitude of attempts to call him. We call the first guy @ 863-430-9469 who says the guy was supposed to be here and that he would call to check the status and see where he's at and then call us right back. It's 7pm and needless to say, neither one of these jerks have called back. No show, no call to say hey we are busy we can't come no nothing. We called both numbers back YET AGAIN and neither one of them answer. No voicemail, no text, no call, no nothing. We call from a different number in our house, and the jerk @ 863-510-9391 picks up and says hello, but nothing else. Nothing. No call, no text, no apologies, no nothing. Completely ghosts us. The worst about all of this aside from it being an emergency, is that we have dealt with this company before and had GREAT service. In fact we have a review on here from a year ago. Whatever they changed in the last year is absolutely pathetic. I come to leave this review and notice another review from a month ago that this company treated another customer the same way. This is my bad for not reading the reviews from last month. How dare you jerks run your business like this. I will be leaving this review here and every other social media outlet. This is the poorest of poor customer service and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

So I'll start by saying this company really lacks professionalism. I called them on Tuesday to come out an clear out my septic tank, I made it very clear that I was taking the day off from work to be there on Friday and he told me they would between 12-2. By 2 pm I hadn't heard from them so I called and texted to no avail. Now at 4pm I called and it went straight to VM, needless to say I took the day off for nothing. The next day I called from my office number and no answer but I did not leave a VM. 2 Minutes later I get a call back and I asked what happened yesterday you did not even call me back to say you were not coming an his reply was no-one showed? I said I wouldn't be calling if someone did and he asked are you home now? I said No I'm at work and the next thing I know the call went dead and I never heard from them again! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! There are others that would love to have an opportunity to earn your business, they must not need it!
