I first used All in One when my horrible home warranty company sent them out. The work was done poorly but I didn't realize it until several months had gone by as I did not use that shower and the crappy home warranty company only warranted their work for a very short time. I called the All in One directly and they immediately sent someone out to repair the work and told me they had fired that worker. By the way Home Shield the warranty company are a bunch of crooks.
RecentlyI had a water leak with ice forming on my driveway and Bryan came out and worked in the cold and did a great job. I recommend them hightly!!! He also cleared away the ice.

The company was honest and straight forward with me. Their prices can not be beat for the quality of the work performed. I am very happy and satisfied with the results of our renovation and highly recommend ""All in One Plumbing"" to everyone. They are prompt and quick to finish the job. When you are in a jam, you have no Idea how important it is, to find a good plumber in the middle of the night!!

Excellent experience. Needed a new hot water heater installed, they were sent by our warranty company. It started leaking Tuesday, they were in our house on Wednesday to determine the cause and fix, said we needed a new one, sent the paperwork to warranty company immediately. I called the next day and the lovely phone person said they were waiting on delivery of the new water heater to the warehouse, expected Thursday afternoon (that day) and might get it Thursday but would probably be Friday. She went ahead and scheduled us for Friday first thing at 8am. They called at 8a and were here by 9am, and had great experience with installation - knowledgeable servicemen, very helpful, got the old one out and new one in with very little hassle. It was a very inconvenient location, a closet near a wall in our bathroom, and they never complained. They made sure to give me a thorough run down on use and care and maintenance, including how to turn everything off if there ever was an issue. The phone was always answered by a person, very nice, they were on time, they cleaned up nicely, and did a good job.

This past week, we purchased a water heater from Lowe's and Lowe's contracted with All-In-One Plumbing to have them install the water heater in my house.
In the end, I was very happy with the service All-In-One provided.
However, the original time range that the service was to be provided this past Friday slid a number of times during the day. Yet, my new water heater was installed that day.
True, it was a little unsettling when the very nice lady manning the phones asked if I would be willing to reschedule my appointment to the following Monday (because the job before mine had run into some complications). I suppose I could have rescheduled, but when I said I had driven down from Seattle explicitly for the water heater installation, All-In-One assured me the work would get done the same day (and it was).
I especially liked to that someone always picked up the phone at All-In-One; I wasn't kicked over to voice mail or some international call center.
Jim was the installer and he worked with surgical precision in removing the old water heater and installing the new heater, marveling that the old heater was 27 years old (never mind it was halfway to the grave the past five years).

Please don't trust this company. Don't throw your money away by being fooled by their one year warranty. They not only didn't fix the plumbing problem we had, they made it worst. We paid them around 350 dollars and they wouldn't answer our phone calls. I will take them to court if it is the last I do.

I just bought a house and this is the company that the sellers warrenty used. So they came out 2 weeks before I took possesion of the house to fix a clogged tub. When I took over possesion of the house, the tub was still not draining well. The seller had given me the work order so I called all in one. They told me I would have to go back through the warrenty company. This struck me as odd since they were the ones that did the work, do they not stand behind their work?
So I went to All in one's web site to do a little more investigating to find out that they advertise that they warranty all of their work. So I called back and asked them why they wouldn't come out and stand behind the work they did. They told me that they warrenty everything but snaking a drain (this is no where mentioned on their site) I then asked for the owner to call me back to discuss as this is false advertising. I was told that he was on vacation but that he would call me. It is now a month later and I still have not received a call.
I would not reccomend you use this company, unless you want to have to pay to have it done again.

Please, do not deal with this company. They charged us $400.00 to fix the leak in the shower. The leak is still there and and they don't want to do anything about it. Do not through your money and hire these guys

The main supply line to my toilet was so rusted, it broke, flooding my main floor and basement. I have a home warranty that assigned a plumber (from another co.) to fix the problem. He reported back to the warranty company that the rusted out pipe did not break by normal wear and tear, but in fact was broken....by me. WHAT!?! A horrible disservice that left me in a hotel and without water for 4 extra days.
I was referred to All in One after I requested a second opinion. Bryan agreed to find the problem in my home while I was away at work (very accommodating). He lost time after he was left with bad directions by the warranty company and a lock box of keys (but persisted without any complaints). Once inside, we were on the phone and he walked me through his plans. He repaired the problem within 20 minutes no questions asked and locked up when he left.

I had a leak in the water pipe servicing my kitchen & bathroom all of which was under a cement slab. I also needed a new shower fixture, bathroom sink, and an outdoor faucet relocated . Unforunately I hired this company to do the work, mainly because they said the could place the pex in the walls and inside of cabinets instead of outside along the walls and underneath cabinetry as two other estimators specified. They could also do the drywalling. Bryan did the written estimate and stated he'd complete it in a day. It took 4 increasingly horrific days, with Bryan always showing up at least 3 hours late, never working more than 4 hours, and never cleaning up after himself. He didn't honor their senior discount either stating I'd gotten a heck of a deal for $4000.
During their work, the bathroom sink stopper had to be fixed 3x because the cheap clamp kept popping off. The new stopper never DID hold water in the sink. After their 3rd fix, I was told by owner Justin that sinks no longer hold water (really?). This happened another 3x in months after they left-- a major hassle to fix when you've had a hip replacement. This NEVER happened with our 25-year old sink. Bryan's grout job was atrocious and his second try wasn't much better. I haven't had a problem with the shower fixture but it wasn't the one Bryan originally said he'd install (nor was the sink faucet). The drywall WAS done nicely. Maybe they should limit themselves to THAT.
But all this was minor when compared to the so-called ""leak"" disasters. As both the bathroom and kitched are on a cement slab, Bryan said he could install the pex pipe from the basement water heater inside the bathroom wall. But when I inspected his work at the end of the first day, he'd put the pex down the heat pipe like a 3rd estimator had suggested and had actually tested by running the pex through. I told Bryan that idea seemed a little crazy and was the reason I didn't hire him. Bryan acted like we'd never had any discussion about this and said we had agreed to use the other guys crazy idea (the 1st of his 3 bait & switches). I should have fired him then but that would have left me without bathroom or kitchen facilities until I could find another plumber.
When bringing the pex from the bath to the adjacent kitchen outer wall, Bryan & an unidentified trainee split a large chunk of wood off the kitchen window sill while removing the beadboard underneath it in order to place the pex in the wall. The same day they broke the kitchen faucet but didn't bother to tell us when they left for the day, leaving it dangling unusable. After they split the sill, marred the beadboard and broke the faucet, owner Justin showed up (making a total of 3 huge gaudy trucks in my narrow driveway), but he didn't say anything about the sill or faucet either. I called them that night and Bryan intalled a defective faucet the next day that makes getting cold water almost impossible. The beadboard couldn't be secured properly until they fixed the split window sill. Unfortunately, like an idiot, I paid Bryan on his promise that Justin would do the required carpentry work on the window sill and beadboard in the near future and he'd return to install the plywood he'd had me buy to repair the mess he'd made of the cupboard under the kitchen sink . The rest of the work was supposedly ""guaranteed"" for a year.
Neither Justin or Bryan ever showed up, so I called them about 2 months later to ask when they were going to do the required fixes (yet dreading their return). Bryan came back, made a list of what needed to be done & said he'd have Justin schedule the work.. He took apart the kitchen faucet & said it was fixed (there was no difference in performance). He left without his list (signed at my request) & I STILL didn't hear from them. A month later, I called again. Bryan came back (this time an hour early), and when I asked why he hadn't rescheduled, he said he thought he was done (a real professional, huh? ...but he is, after all, dealing with an idiot) He then said HE wasn't going to fix the window sill & beadboard even though it was on his ""list"" but he'd do the finish work under the kitchen sink. Since I no longer trusted him, I told him I needed to talk to Justin before he did any more work.
When I talked to Justin he said ""sorry, I had Bryan scheduled to do the work and you wouldn't let him do it, so you're screwed."" He said they had fixed the LEAK and that's all they were gonna do. Keep in mind when you're thinking of hiring this company that the owner openly admitted to screwing people over, seemingly proud of it.
They've got fancy (gaudy) trucks and talk big, but they're lying bullies bereft of all ethics. I wouldn't trust them to do the smallest of jobs. Their BBB rating should be changed to a ""D"" on small projects and an ""F"" on anything more complicated than unplugging a toilet. Yelp needs to add a rating of 0; I'd have given All in One a 0-.

But all this was minor when compared to the leak disaster. Bryan said he would install the pex pipe to the basement water heater on the inside west wall of the bathroom but instead put in down the heat pipe like a previous estimator had suggested, (which I was uneasy about) then claimed he never said he'd put it in the west wall. I should have fired them then.
When bringing the pex into the adjacent kitchen, he & an unidentified assistant split the window sill while removing the beadboard underneath it. The same day they broke the kitchen faucet but didn't bother to tell us when they left for the day, leaving it unusable. In their panic they brought in owner Justin but he didn't say anything about the sill or faucet either. Bryan intalled a different faucett he next day but now I can hardly get cold water. There's about an 1/8"" spot and that seems to change every time, and it often reverts back to warm water.
Sick of their presence, I called them about 2 months later to ask when they were going to fix all the problems. Bryan came back, made a list & said he'd have Justin schedule it. He took apart the kitchen faucet & said it was fixed. He left , forgetting his list and a flashlight, & I never heard from them. I called again, Bryan came back (this time an hour early), and when I asked why he hadn't rescheduled, he said he thought he was done. Their BBB rating should be changed to an ""F"" .and there should be a notation of this incident on their business license. If Yelp had a rating of 0, I'd have made it a 0-.
