The owner should disclose that he only accepts cash and no other form of payment from the beginning and not over charge his customers, for example telling you one price and then changing it to a few hundred more then we had expected after he had completed the work He definitely Overcharged us more then any other plumbing companies that would have done the same work as he did for us. If you need any kind of plumbing work done please consider someone else other than this company. Take my advice on this one. We were very unhappy with the way he conducted business with us.

I reached out to Steve on a Sunday morning while out of the country to check out a possible pump issue in my home. He picked up the phone immediately, and made a plan to be at my house to assess the issue. He quickly got to work replacing the pump and surrounding pipes. He was honest about the issue, reliable in his service, and transparent about the pricing. It can be difficult to trust someone with your home when you are thousands of miles away, but Steve was a trustworthy professional throughout the entire process.
