Frank was great. We had a slab leak and Frank came over to check it out, he was so detailed on what he was going to do with the pipes and how he was going to run it. And sure enough he fixed it, and within 48 hours not only our pipes was done our walls was also patched up. Thanks Frank!

Let me first start off by saying Frank was Amazing! Not your average messy, needs a belt Plumber. Frank was on-time, efficient and personable. Best part are his prices and after all the searching I did to find a plumber I can honestly say that. I would recommend him to anybody. By far the absolute WORST plumbing experience I've ever had. I called him to come into our business to fix a leak and he showed up shortly after. Claimed he had to go through the roof to unclog toilet and apparently he forgot to turn off water because TWO bathrooms began leaking and overflowed EVERYWHERE. And by that, I mean at least 4 inches of water deep in the bathroom and all over the carpets to which point they were DRENCHED in our showroom. Comes back and blames me for the leak when this was the reason I originally called him. Then tells me he needs another tool which would cost an extra 150 and I was ""lucky"" he wasn't charging me to clean up all the water HE did.... even though my carpet is still soaking and I now need to call a carpet cleaner.

Once he left I called another plumbing service and fixed the entire problem in 15 mins and snaked right through the toilet for half the price. No need to go on roof.

THIS GUY IS A SCAM TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSE WHERE.

Worst experience in every aspect. I thought my company could come to them for quick service with troubles we had with our plumbing here. Let me explain why it was the worst. First off, they complained about having to do walk around a couple of objects to get to the restroom (how hard is it to walk a couple of feet to a restroom, all that was in the way were a couple of shelves that could easily be walked around) second, they went the extra mile to charge us an extra 175 than the plumber we went to after just cause they were snaking from the roof when they could've easily done it right from the restroom. They flooded almost half of our showroom floor and continued to say they weren't responsible and left the place a mess. Argued with the females who were present because of the mess they made. Thanks for the useless service. The people we went to after did an amazing job. If you're looking for good customer service and a great job I'd recommend Honey Do Construction Services, these people are wack job of men who barely know what they're doing and want to get all the money they can from you with half ass service.

I called Frank out yesterday morning for a clogged kitchen sink. Never used him before, but he was out within a half hour and I was extremely pleased with his work! He fixed the clogged and then I asked him some questions regarding plumbing fix under the sink, he was very honest told me how much it would cost to fix (I was surprised that it wasn't expensive as I thought) and told me the disposal was fine and ""You don't fix what isn't broke"". Good and Honest Company!!! Thank you so much Frank for coming to my rescue! PS...He also told me his specialty is re-plumbing houses at a good price (we had ours down two yrs ago) but thought I would pass this along.

Frank came thru in the clutch once again.I called on friday night. He responded within the first hour.He is fair with his pricing,and does quality work.He drove about 20 miles round trip to pickup the valve he needed.enough said.

Frank is a jack of all trades. I first used Frank's service in 2004 to do a complete copper repipe of my home which included moving my water heater from upstairs inside the house to outside into the garage. The job was done in a timely and professional manner. My house is 2 stories and the repiping job required a lot of cutting into the drywall. Frank and crew did an excellent job of repairing and patching the holes they made. I had a bathroom shower which was leaking into my living room. After the repiping job was completed, Frank did a complete remodel of the bathroom which included removing the fiberglass bath/shower unit and installing a cast iron bath tub, replaced the sagging ceiling in the bathroom, replastered the walls, tile work for shower/floor, installing the new vanity/counter top and fixtures. I did a complete remodel of my home in 2016 and I called Frank to hook up all of the plumbing and install the new fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. Again a very satisfactory job. I had Frank install a water line for a new refrigerator I have coming in a few days and again a very satisfactory job. I will continue to call Frank for all of my plumbing needs and have no problem recommending him to anyone.
