All in One Plumbing and Drain Cleaning

I called numerous plumbers yet they all gave me the run around and couldn't come to help me out. I finally called All in One Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and I spoke to Antonio who was professional and friendly. I told him I had a problem with my kitchen faucet and asked him how much he would charge to come out and help me out. First thing he said is ""Sir we give free estimates to come out and see what the problem is. From there I'll diagnose the problem and give you an estimate to fix it."" He gave me a window of 15-30 minutes to arrive and he arrived in the time frame I was given. Antonio arrived with his apprentice Jr and they were professionally dressed in white uniforms. I lead them to where my problem was and Antonio and Jr began working diligently to figure out what my problem was. Come to find out there it wasn't a leaky faucet but a leak in the concrete that rotted out the cabinet leaving me to think it was the faucet. At that point Antonio let me know we needed to do an electronic leak detection in order to locate the leak. After Antonio and Jr performed the leak detection they informed me that the leak was underneath the concrete 3 feet away from the cabinet in my kitchen area. Once the leak was found Antonio gave me an estimate to fix my problem. After accepting the estimate which I thought was a fair price Antonio and Jr proceeded with the work and assured me they would finish in a timely fashion. Once the work was completed Antonio showed me the pin hole leak which was unbelievable. Upon completion Antonio and Jr cleaned up their area of work to leave my kitchen clean. I would highly recommend All In One Plumbing and Drain Cleaning to anyone who needs a plumbing service that is trustworthy and reliable.

I just moved into our new house, one of our toilets was leaking. I had an appointment with one plumber who never came or called. I went on Google and All in one plumbling came up, I called and Antonio he was there within (2) hours. It was very refreshing to meet this young man who was true to his word, he checked everything out. He impressed me the most with his honesty and his willingness to help my family. Wow! After getting the run around from a couple other plumbers, a friend referred Antonio to me. He and Junior showed up looking professional, I mean the van was clean and looked pro, then they get out and have clean white shirts on tucked in and looking absolutely professional. Then on to my problem, a main line sewer blockage that they had fixed in a short time, a problem 2 others could not handle. As a business owner myself I really appreciated how these guys handle business, Antonio is top notch!!

I had a new water heater installed in March. The pilot light kept going out. I kept calling for repair. The fourth time it happened (on a Sunday), my son had just come home from having a pancreas/kidney transplant. Because of the high risk of infection, I had to have hot water immediately. I began calling plumbers to be told I would receive a call when they could get to me. All in One Plumbing was my fourth call. When I explained the problem to Antonio, he assured me he could get me hot water and would be at my house within the hour. He arrived on time, told me the problem, gave me an estimate and began the job. He was able to get a business to open for him on late afternoon Sunday. Not only did he remedy my water heater problem, he also fixed the venting going out of the water heater closet. Antonio was professional, kind, understanding and extremely detailed in his work! They also cleaned and hauled away all the trash. I'm so thankful I kept calling. I'll be calling them for every plumbing need!

Highly recommended Antonio Peters from All in One. He is very professional and polite. He was very quick to find underground leak in my kitchen. He explained the process, fixed the broken pipe, and patched up the concrete. Will definitely be calling him with any future plumbing issues.

Antonio with all in one has done many plumbing jobs for myself, and my family. He is always quick to come out for emergencies and handles jobs fairly both small and large. He's repaired simple leaks, all the way to a full replumbing job for a rental our family owns. He's professional, on time and affordable. He's hardworking and has the knowledge and skills to tackle whatever job you have.

This is our ( me and my aunt's) experience with All In One Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and what you can expect should you be considering them for your plumbing needs. Antonio Peters and his assistant Junior were the two individuals that we interacted with throughout the service but Antonio was the main one in terms of assessment, labor, billing, and customer service just to be clear.

Antonio arrived 15 minutes prior to the arranged time, was respectful and courteous and allowed me to explain the situation, offered free estimates. He called 1 hour prior to arrival and always was professional in every form of contact. He took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues we reported. He even went as far as to take a picture of the problem areas so we could see it for ourselves and be made aware of what was wrong.

One of the most pivoting moments happened after we explained we had been getting emails from the water company about continuous water running through our meter. Antonio suggested it might be a foundation leak but that without a leak detection it was hard to determine where and what was causing all this mess. Overwhelmed with frustration and despair my aunt couldn't hold back the tears and picking up on this Antonio went and got his leak detection kit and did the service free for us and was able to rule out a foundation leak which felt like winning the lottery for us because it meant we wouldn't be talking thousand upon thousands of dollars. He could've easily pressured us into getting this done and charged us but he didn't and instead did the service out of the goodness of his heart. Some companies would take advantage of this kind of emotion but it was nice to see how Antonio made it a comforting moment by far.

With a foundation leak now ruled out we were given the cost of the bare minimum to fix what he had determined was the cause: a leaking shut off valve and improperly installed flanges on either side of the sink allowing water to leak anytime the sink was used. He also determined the garage disposal simply need to be reset via an Allen wrench on the bottom and it worked as good as new after he did just that. However, since the flange in the garbage disposal side was all one piece a new one would be required despite the small victory.

Antonio is very professional and not afraid to answer your questions and concerns. Throughout the installation process I kept asking how it was going and what was going on down below and with a smile he happily explained what was going on. He also talked about other topics to keep the mood happy and in high spirits. We laughed and joked and it felt natural and not forced like some people will do which was refreshing. I learned he has been a plumber for over 18 years and his experience shows very clearly. He told me he is passionate about plumbing which made me feel extremely happy. After the job was done I called him because our faucet would drip water after it was used. We feared something was wrong but Antonio explained that as it wasn't a continuous drip (which it wasn't) that is just how goose neck faucets work so keep that in mind if you are considering getting one yourself. He warrants his labor for 90 days which is very reassuring and something me and my aunt are happy about not that we feel we need to rely on it but glad it's there just in case.

Overall, I'm extremely happy with Antonio, Junior and All In One Plumbing and Drain Cleaning and would happily recommend them to anyone in need of great, high quality, professional, and honest work. We understand this is a business and making money is a part of it but we never felt pressured by Antonio to do something we didn't need. He also was kind and awesome enough to do some extra things for us such as replacing our dishwasher hose and giving us a longer one and also providing the cap for one of the holes on top of the sink for no additional charge which was very much appreciated. We would happily call upon him if ever have a plumbing crisis on our hands and want to thank Antonio and Junior for doing an amazing job!

Technician was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. I had a leak in my bathroom. I couldn't see where it was coming from. I called Antonio and he came and determined that the leak was under the concrete floor, under the vanity. He showed me exactly where the leak was. He explained the repair process fully, and started on it immediately. Which made me very happy. He had to jackhammer through the concrete. He fixed the leak, put in dry dirt, and patched the concrete etc. Then he cleaned up very nicely. It was a huge job. I've never had anything like this happen before. Great job done. I will definitely call him again next time I need a plumber.
