Had to have a furnace replaced in multi-family building during negative weather. All in One was very professional, competent and thorough with the work AT 1 A.M. in the morning!!!

We found this company on Home Advisors and read all of the reviews. When we called, we told the owner we were having a problem with our central air and we thought we needed freon. We asked him what he thought it would cost to come out and he said he wasn't sure until he looked at our unit. We asked him for a ballpark figure and he said he had no idea. He never mentioned a service charge to come. He came promptly and looked at our unit. He told us the unit did not need freon but the pressure gauges were way off. He told us he could flush the system but it would cost about $2,500. He told us we were better off replacing the unit which would cost about $5,000. He then charged us $125 for the visit. He never quoted us a service charge on the phone when we called him. We have had two other companies come out in the meantime to give us quotes to replace the unit. Both companies told us that the unit did not need to be replaced but that there was dirt on the coils and they could clean the coils, which would fix the pressure gauges for $125. So, this guy basically did nothing except take our money.
