We just had our entire A/C system rebuilt by All In One. (Existing system poorly engineered and undersized.) From the time they came out for the original inspection to when they fired up the finished system Cole, Chris and the crew were professional, respectful and friendly. They took the time to explain their work along the way, made sure I was informed about the operation of the system and that I was pleased with their work. I'm having them back in a month or so to take care of some maintenance needs on my heating system. Couldn't be happier with their work.

My boiler went out at night this winter and Chris showed up the next morning exactly when he said he would. Problem fixed within an hour at a very reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the service or professionalism. Look no further, you've found the company you want to work with.

I have received really great service from All In One Heating and Air Conditioning. The first time I called them was to service my tankless hot water heater. My shower was running cold water after about 15 minutes. They serviced the tankless water heater and now I can take longer hot showers. My second experience occurred right after my home security company attempted to install a Nest Thermostat. My air conditioning unit stopped working. Chris came out and informed me that my Carrier heating and air conditioning system would only work with a Carrier thermostat. While he was at my home, he removed the Nest Thermostat and installed the original carrier thermostat. My third experience occurred today. It was with a different technician. However, he was really polite and thorough about performing my annual furnace and heat pump inspection. So I am really surprised by all of the negative reviews posted about All In One Heating and Air Conditioning. Maybe the management and staff has changed?

The service the All in One guys provided was some of the worst I have encountered. They were hired to install air units that had issues from the beginning. I reached out on multiple occasions and all they had were excuses and then just stopped answering. They either were unable or unwilling to complete the job they started. I moved on.

I bought a new home and the window unit air conditioner isn't working properly, so used my home warranty to get it fixed. This place picked up the work, a very unprofessional guy called me asked questions. He said all I have is Saturday morning, I agreed to Saturday morning. He asked I send him pictures of the units, so I did. Friday I asked between what hours should I expect him as I didn't live there just yet. He responded with let me call AHS (my warranty place) I'll get back to you in a few hours. He never got back to me. I wake up early Saturday drive to new home, wait a few and call the guy and ask what time. He said ""I canceled the job and told them to call someone closer."" Monday was a holiday so my warranty place wasn't open. I call Tuesday and he had told them he didn't know anything about my units. So he couldn't give me a time, wouldn't cancel and essentially wasted my morning. If this is service to expect I'll have everyone I know avoid this place.

I had All In One put in a new Bryant furnace and heat pump in 2012. They were half the price of the quotes I got from the competition in Denver. Had a few minor problems over the years, mostly user error, but they have always been quick to respond and get the house back to the needed temperature. They gave me two years of free service and still beat the competition rates for service. They have earned my business for all my HVAC needs.

One of their vans almost hit me in the parking lot at a gas station in Parker. I honked at them and they still kept going backwards and drove really aggressively around me. Not the smartest move when you are in your company car. Stay far away from these guys. Assholes

I have used All in One Heating and Air Conditioning several time throughout the years, and they have always been great. I have and would recomend them to anyone that needs HVAC services. I have recomended them and got compliments on how awesome they are. Over all All in One Heating and Air Conditioning is a great company with great employess that offer great services.

We were referred to this company to replace our home condenser unit. We got a new unit installed summer of 2013 and it has never worked properly! Every time the outside temp reaches 80 degrees or higher, the unit shuts off and we get temps of upwards of 93-98 degrees in the bedrooms. Upon numerous phone calls to the owner Chris, he would return one of every 3-5 calls to him. When we talked and I would describe the issue, he would turn around with what he thought we needed to fix the issue (spending more money on other parts). He never once showed up to confirm his suggestions, and finally after many calls and months later, he finally sent one of his guys to ""fix"" the issue. His tech Joe came out and placed a part on the unit. After months of trying to get in contact with them and many, many nights of hot temps and frustration with complete lack of customer service, not only did the part never work, the problem seemed worse. Knowing how much trouble we have been having, I was surprised and very disappointed that neither Chris nor Joe called to follow up. Once again the numerous phone calls to Chris began again, and many messages later, we gave up and called another company. This company came in and confirmed that not only did we overpay for the condenser unit by close to $1200 (lower end model and overcharged for it), that the part that was installed a few weeks prior by All in One was very cheap and broke down immediately. He installed the correct part and we have not had further issues. Chris was notified and a copy of the invoice generated by the other company was sent to him and he promised to reimburse us for the expense we incurred due to their complete lack of competence. I was hoping he would have made well with us, but to no surprise, no payment, not a word from them (hence my motivation to tell my story online). I would have liked to give this company a ZERO star rating if it was available. I hope other consumers are aware and stay clear away from this business.

Although I wasn't able to use All in One due to the high volume of calls they had on the coldest day of the year, they recommended another company that was able to come out the same day my furnace died. I will use All in One next time, they were very nice and courteous.
