These are just a bunch of crooks. They said they were going to charge me $4,500 and then charged my credit card $50k!!! This was clearly fraud because there are all sorts of different numerical values they charged for totaling $50k: $2,500, 2,250 and so on, which indicates they didn't simply try to charge me $4,500 a few times and it happened to go through after multiple attempts, this was obviously malicious intent.

After reaching out to them they initially said they'd fix the situation but the next day came and went and the exorbitant charges were still pending. I asked them what the hell is going on and eventually they finally wrote: ""I don't really appreciate you 1st don't fucken know me & 2nd I will cancel the transaction cause the chump change that I charged you $4,500 and look for someone els to do your fire sprinklers."" Spoken like a true professional.

I've had to waste time all weekend calling the bank, only to be told they cannot file a dispute till the transaction is no longer pending and goes through, so I could not use my credit card all weekend.

Stay away from these crooks!!
