He's looked at a ton of projects for me and will tell me whether the foundation needs repaired or is "within tolerance." Instead of cashing in, he tells me the honest truth, to fix or not to fix. Robert has been out twice since we purchased the home in 2016. We recently wanted to make sure a drywall issue we've had wasn't due to the foundation shifting. Lucky for us (not so much him) everything checked out ok, both times. On both occasions the were able to come by the same day. The process was quick, I'd say he spent the majority of his time patiently answering all questions and giving advice. He even caught what is most likely a plumbing or roof leak due to his years of experience in dealing with homes. I take him to be honest, professional, and respectful. Thirteen years ago I commissioned All-in-One to level and reinforce my foundation. Although the slabs were over 40 years old and there were some tricky bits, the All-in-One team worked diligently and were great at problem-solving.

We are in the process of buying a house and the seller had several bids to complete the work on the house's pier and beam foundation. We had an independent evaluation from another reputable foundation company, but ultimately we decided to go with All In One Foundation Repair because the bank required the foundation be fixed before closing on the loan and this wasn't our house yet.

Robert Knight came out and met with us to discuss the work to be done. After getting started on the work, more wood rotted beams were exposed that couldn't be seen before removing the mortar skirting. Robert notified us and worked with us on a solution that allowed us to move forward with purchasing the house.

When the appraiser for the bank came back out to the house, he stated that he was very impressed with the work done on the foundation and that it was some of the best he has seen. We already felt comfortable with Robert, but that independent evaluation set my opinion of him even higher.

He is an honest, fair man and I would have no hesitations working with him in the future. Thank you very much, Robert!
