This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. In July I contracted with them for what was supposed to be a 1 day job. I am posting this in January, following year and the job is not done. It was a small job, but became a nightmare. Now, in January, they didn't show up for their last appointment and they are no longer returning my calls. It was for a small central air unit. It was for a bungalow, small unit. I have been left with no central air, walls that have been plastered and not repainted, fingerprints on the ceiling, holes in my porch ceiling that I have now stuffed with towels to avoid animals getting into and nesting. I have a a lead into my porch deck that used to be for the condensation relief just floating in the wind. I am going to pursue this in civil court. You may think that I gave them too much time, but I actually like the owner of this company, but he is not managing a reputable company at all. I am unbelievably impressed with this company. They truly are all in one and the owners are trustworthy. The two people I would like to shoutout are Steve and Dave. Thank you to this company for making my dreams come true. The services provided ranged from electric work to sheetrock/spackle. They also helped me purchase and install a mini split ductless unit. This company is open and honest and will do their best to keep you in budget, providing alternate options if something is not feasible. I can not recommend this company enough. Not only did they find a lifelong client in me, but I will be referring them to anyone that will listen. Incredible work.

I used this company in October of last year for a plumbing job (shower valve replacement). I'm glad this company has gotten some reviews on Yelp recently as I was looking at their services in October of last year and there were no Yelp reviews at that point. My experience with them was a little mixed, as I will explain below.

First off, the woman who answered the phone and did the initial coordination was nice and professional. I can't remember her name unfortunately, but that was appreciated. Seems like this company is willing to send someone to do a free quote for a job, which is good and how it should be IMO. I found that some other companies still charge for this though. She set me up for an appointment in the near future.

The day of the appointment for a quote arrived. The person who was coming was not on time. I called them and they said that the guy was running about 20 minutes late. I waited 20 minutes, no guy. I waited for a while longer after that but he was very late at this point so I called them and left a message that I was leaving at this point as he was late and I wasn't going to wait any longer to eat dinner. As I was walking out, I saw this disheveled looking kid walking around my apartment complex. Turns out he was the guy who they sent. I told him that I didn't want to get the estimate anymore because he was very late. He looked angry, wasn't apologetic at all, and gave me a bit of an attitude. I'd rather not put the name of this kid in my review for the purposes of being merciful.

Needless to say, I pretty much crossed All in One off my list after this incident. They did follow up with me afterwards to offer an apology and offered to send someone else. I hadn't decided on a company yet so I thought I'd give them another chance.

The next person who came was plumber named Christina. Christina was very friendly, professional, and communicated excellently the whole time I dealt with her. She arrived right on time and did the estimate. The estimate she gave me was, by far, the best price I was offered after checking with like 3-4 other companies. She also let me know that I could buy my own shower kit for her to install (instead of the company themselves providing everything and there possibly being more room for upcharges as a result). I was able to text with her for feedback and she was very responsive. So I decided to pull the trigger on having her do the job.

I live in a co-op apartment complex and there were a few more hoops to jump through than if I was having work done in my own private house. My co-op requires a licensed and insured plumber to do work on my apartment. All in One is licensed and insured FYI. I would have preferred to hire someone who was more underground in order to save money, but I couldn't in this situation unfortunately.

Christina arrived on the day of the job and did the work. She let me know that the job was done and that my shower was no longer leaking. However, when I got back, my shower was still leaking. I was understandably upset that my problem wasn't solved, but I was able to talk to Christina and she let me know that another component (the shower cartridge) was to blame. I was a bit skeptical as my super had already changed the cartridge a few times, but I was appreciative that she was willing to come back that weekend to do the cartridge fix. Thankfully, after she came back to do that, my shower no longer was leaking, and hasn't been leaking since.

So overall, my problem ended up being solved for a much lower price than what most other companies in the area were charging. But it came with some hiccups. Getting plumbing work done is a very, very stressful and expensive project. There were companies that were charging more than double the price of what All in One offered. But I had a good experience with Christina and would definitely recommend working with her specifically.

Best business I've dealt with as a homeowner by far! My circuit breaker blew this morning and an hour later it's already fixed. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional from phone call to work completed. Definitely now my go-to service.

Very prompt service. Everyone was very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. Had baseboard heat installed and it works great!

Wow! From start to finish it was a great experience! I needed a toilet replaced. They were the first ones to respond to my inquiry, within 10 minutes! The woman who answered the phone was friendly and helped me feel at ease. She quoted me a basic price in case there were no unforeseen complications would stick to it. She called her plumber who was able to come to see me within an hour. He looked at the job and gave me options of style of toilet. I had to give a deposit and he and his partner went to buy the materials and were back within two hours. He needed a part and went to get it super fast. They had the job done in about an hour. I had to provide rags and towels because the old toilet leaked a lot of water on the way out. They brought the old toilet to the curb for my garbage pick up. Both the plumber, Sal, and his partner were kind and considerate, and worked cleanly and efficiently. Thank you!

Wish everyone would work the way All In One Home Repairs 24/7 works. They take their time, they do it right, and the prices are fair. The owner Steve is very personable and easy to talk to and customer service is very important to him. The young man Carl who did the work was very polite and did a great job! Everyone was Covid compliant, which was very important to us. We are so happy we found someone who is honest, professional, with a sterling personality... Thank you Stephen and company!
