I had been having hot water heater problems and called on a Saturday morning. They texted a picture of who was coming, and the tech arrived in less than one hour. I live in Park City so getting home service up here is sometimes difficult.

It turned out a few weeks later that I did need a new hot water tank and install. The guys that came, came on time, wore booties in my house, were so polite, and did an excellent job.

The tech that originally quoted the job (he did not do the install) said that they were competitively priced but encouraged me to get a few quotes. I told him that I didn't have the time to take more time off if work to get other quotes and to just go ahead and schedule the job. I appreciated his explanations and knowledge of the situation, and him suggesting I get other quotes. I probably spent more than I would've if I had pieced it together with some other companies, but I'm confident I won't have problems, and if I do I know they'll be up here in no time.

Although they were very responsive and even offered to bring coffee to me. I felt the main objection was to upsale me on my entire plumbing. The tech did shut the water off to my leaky tub as i requested, he did nothing to repair/replace my leaky toilet. Instead he wanted to look in every cupboard under every sink that i had no issues with to try to find more issues so he could charge more. Not all of us have the $ to be able to do preventative repairs.

We needed to have a shower valve cartridge replaced in order to have hot water in one of the showers. From the moment we made our first call on Sunday, Dec 26 and was connected to Ashley we felt comfortable and confident that the problem would be addressed immediately. Ashley arranged for Wesley to stop by and assess the situation. Wesley arrived promptly and let us know what the issue was and that he would return in two days with correct parts. Immediately received confirmation from company of our new Tuesday appointment. On Tuesday, Wesley and Myles arrived promptly, with a prior call to let us know they were on the way. The work was done efficiently and successfully and hot water was restored to the shower.
At all times, Wes and Myles were professional, courteous, and respectful. Appreciate the explanation of what needed to be done and the opportunity to make sure there was hot water before they left. Highly recommend this company and kudos to Ashley, Wes and Myles for excellent customer service.

VERY OVERPRICED. $667.00 to install simple kitchen faucet that took 20 minutes! I provided the faucet. Are you kidding me? This appt. was made 1-2 weeks in advance thus, not an emergency.
Use only if water is flooding your home.
These days, get a min. of 3 estimates No matter how much time it takes.
Oh, they also wanted to charge $575. to install a garbage disposal at the same visit. I already provided garbage disposal. Install bathroom faucet-I provided faucet, $551.51. I said ""No way, and get out.""

It works! I might be an anomaly for a 5 star rating, but in this case it's well deserved.

Firstly the answering service listened and took down my number and said they would stand-by while I determined if I wanted to schedule a tech. I called in and they were able to look at precious notes of my issues.

The tech was scheduled a day out, which was appreciated, considering the heat we are currently having.

Here is what was found out, for anyone caring. Spencer was the tech who came out. He was thorough, he explained what he was doing, and he listened to me explain my scenario.

Basically, The pipes were freezing every single night which created a huge clump of ice which no air could pass. The two images below show a before and after of the coolant test. Basically the coolant was low, so the temperature of the system, on the bottom left was 23 degrees, so it froze up really quick. On the ""after"" picture it's 35. So basically it was getting cold way to fast causing the freezing. They simple refilled the coolant and problem solved. Crazy stupid easy fix, but the previous hvac guy didn't check it.

Cost me $300-ish.

OVER PRICED! Wow! had All Hours come to install two single hole faucets in our kitchen and laundry room (that we already purchased) and troubleshoot for an issue in our shower. They came, checked it out, said the shower issue was probably a cartridge, which I think would cost no more than a couple hundred or so and for the installation and fixing the shower they quoted $2300.... It's a no.

Terrible customer service. Scheduled appointment 3 weeks in advance, only to be called day of and want to reschedule for the end of summer. Further, they wanted half of the payment at the time of scheduling.
