I had them come out a few years ago to fix a leak in one of our pipes. The pipe was exposed, so no drywall needed to be cut. They came on a Monday, because I didn't want to pay the extra fee for Sunday. When the tech came out he looked at it and gave me a quote. I about choked. I didn't want to deal with having someone else come out because I had already taken time off work to meet him there. He replaced about 6 feet of galvanized pipe, and 2 joints where the pipe connected to other pipes. He was not there for more than 2 hours and even after a $50 off coupon the price came to ~$700. I asked what the hourly rate was and he said they charged off length of pipe, not by time. I paid the company and wrote it off to a bad experience.
I went back downstairs to look at the job done and the tech had left the old pipe sitting in the room where he had replaced it. He didn't clean up the job after he was done.
I've had other plumbers come through to re-pipe my house and told them about my experience and they all said the job should have not cost more than $200. When asked the company that grossly overcharged, I didn't say because I didn't feel that was right.
I should have written this years ago and have held off doing so because I don't like to be they guy to give bad reviews, but I just had to write this to make sure others don't get taken advantage of as I did.

I called them due to some leakage outside of my basement toilet. They said they would send someone in the morning. They sent the wrong plumber, then said they would send someone around 3pm. The person who came came around 6pm. He said that he would auger the toilet (which he did), however, we had to wait an additional hour because he did not have the equipment and had to wait for someone to bring it. It cost me over $600 to have them take the toilet off and auger it. We are now having the same problem and a room in my basement flooded due to it. I now have another company out here who are fixing it (doing more) and it is costing me much less. I would not recommend this company. I will never use them again.

Worst service ever. I responded to a flyer they sent to my home. Since I am new to the area, I called them to install two toilets back on after doing some flooring work. The said they needed to come to the home to give me a quote on installing two toilets. I agreed to this. The service tech showed up and said that he was unable to give me a quote since he only did drain cleaning. Strange response for a plumber who should know how to install a toilet. So he contacted their dispatch to set a new appointment for another plumber to show up and give me a quote. In the meantime, I trustingly purchased a service agreement for a whole year for other seasonal services.

We rescheduled a new time with a different technician for the next week for a toilet installation quote and other services. On the appointed day and time, they were a no-show. I contacted their office past their appointed time slot, and the dispatch was rude over the phone and seemed to know little of the previous week's service record as I tried to explain what I needed. She proceeded to call the manager, and promised to send someone over to the house ASAP. He did show up about 30 minutes later to try to smooth things over in regards to the scheduling snafu. The excuse was that they had a new computer system, the prior service tech was new, their business is growing too fast, etc. etc.... Really, this is not the customer's problem.

Bottom line is the service manager tried to salvage the service when he visited my house, and promised to follow up with an email of the plumbing map of the house so he could do a camera inspection on their next visit. That never happened as of three weeks later. They never called, never emailed or followed up. It was as if his service promise never happened. The customer does not need to keep calling a service provider to get them to follow up on their promises.

I requested a refund over the phone over their flaky service. At least on that point they delivered, but their follow-up has been non-existent. Do not use this company. Save your time and find some other more reliable service.

Absurdly expensive. Called them 2nd year in a row for a snake. They claimed they couldn't clear the pipes, but the auger they were using was woefully undersized for the job. They then were going to have to call in for the jet, but the original fee wouldn't be applied to that job.

Not my problem that they brought the wrong tools to the job.

overall they wanted 700 bucks for the service. I called a different plumber and had the jet done for 150 bucks.

I absolutely cannot say enough about all hours plumbing. We had a problem about a year ago with a drain that got clogged. They came out that very same night to help us. Fast forward a year, and we had another issue (with a different pipe). Another worker took the easy route and (you guessed it) we had more problems. Clark came by, took a look and showed us what REALLY needed to be done. We scheduled him and the next week he did it the RIGHT way. We love living in the sugarhouse area, despite the old plumbing. Knowing that All Hours Plumbing has our back, gives us serious peace of mind with the maintenance of our home. If you do need anyone, make sure you ask for Clark!

This is my second time using them. I contacted them to let them know that the drain was still running slow and they came right back and made sure it was fixed. Fantastic!

They do NOT have free estimates on Boiler repairs. It's $149 to diagnose. It says straight up Free Estimates on their home page.....give it a look. Very misleading. If their advertising isn't honest, well, not sure what one's is supposed to think about their services.
