I would like to leave a short but strongly supportive review for James and All Hours Plumbing. James has done an excellent job, and it was indeed ""all hours"" as he was able to visit us on Saturday evening. James was very polite, constructive, but most of all capable and knowledgeable. Despite late hour and quite visibility being tired after his long day, James took care of our problem efficiently. He had the needed part etc. as well as everything else to get the job done.

Our toilet backed up & water was coming out all over our bathroom floor. It was very stressful & I called this business after a random Google search. The man who answered the phone was very friendly & said he could have someone out in an hour at the latest. James arrived within the hour & had the problem identified within 1 minute of walking into our house. He really took the time to explain everything & walk us through the issue. He spent several hours addressing & resolving the issue. Overall an amazing experience & I definitely would hire them for any other plumbing needs!

These guys are the best ! Honest, reasonable, and fast! They show up quickly, and make sure the job is done right the first time! use them for our house, our rental, and the church I volunteer for now! I don't use my others, had so many bad experiences with "" the big guys"". The ones that claim to be "" family owned"" etc! LOOK NO FURTHER IF YOU WANT AN HONEST REASONABLE PLUMBER. Ask for James and his partner rock star!

My entire bathroom backed up this morning. I called these guys randomly after others said they were too busy. They sent James out within a few hours. I'm writing this review because Jim deserves it!! He has done numerous repairs at my home from a broken water heater all the way to a complete repiping of my entire house. Every single job was done to perfection. He is professional and knowledgable not to mention he was extremely patient and kind to me when I was so nervous. If you have any plumbing issues Jims the guy to call hands down!!!

I randomly called this company because of a faulty water heater. I had renters in the house and they weren't getting hot water. This company sent JAMES out and let me tell you this was by far the best experience I've ever had with a service company. The first day he spent half the day looking for parts which were unavailable but figured out how to finally get the pilot light lit and working and even stayed for 30 minutes after it was lit to make sure it didn't go out. Unfortunately, the next day it did go out again. I called and the company sent JAMES out again and he ended up calling whirl pool and getting an authorization code for a new water heater for me and went and picked it up and installed it. JAMES is an exceptional employee and deserves a huge raise. If I owned a company I would probably try and steal JAMES from this one! LOL

Had a Saturday eventing back up, called All Hours Plumbing and they showed up within an hour. Job was bigger than anyone could have anticipated, and couldn't be remedied that night but Mike showed up Sunday am at 730 as promised with help. They worked all day to fix our issue and did it right the first time. No home owner wants to have plumbing issues especially late at night on a weekend. But if you do it's nice knowing you can call someone to handle the issue. They were professional, warrantied the work and explained the entire process. It was fixed the way it should have been done originally. Would absolutely recommend these guys. Thank you again!!!

Jim was great! Called at 2PM on a Sunday and showed up at 3PM. Performed great service at a great rate. He was polite with my family and dogs too. I will most definitely be using Jim again.

Can't say enough about All Hours. Had a water pipe break from the street to the house. Jim came out very quickly, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate and fixed the problem. And he was masked! For what he had to do which included digging a trench, getting rid of some bushes that broke the line, laying new pipe, and putting in new valves I am awestruck! He finished when he said would with a minimum of disruption and the job was perfect!
Quality work, reliable, reasonable prices. What more could you ask for?
