My goal was to provide the residents of Salt Lake Valley with trustworthy plumbing services. My experience with larger companies that emphasize sales over genuine customer care inspired me to create a better plumbing service.
I bring 15 years of experience and training from the New Jersey and NYC areas. I manage everything from modern constructions to historic homes that are 150 years old. I have extensive experience in drain cleaning. I have become a boiler specialist, having installed and serviced over 100 boilers. I also lead a highly trained and professional team.

This company charged me $350 to come look at my tankless water heater. Not only did they not do a single thing (didn't diagnose the problem), they strongly suggested complete replacement (without knowing what the problem was with the current one which still works by the way) and did not want to figure out what was wrong with the current one. Because we didn't want to replace without knowing the problem with the current (working) water heater, they didn't care to diagnose (because they then knew they weren't going to make a commission) , charged us $350 and left. Literally spent $350 for absolutely nothing. It's sickening honestly. Such a waste of money. The other insane part was the quotes on replacement that were more than double what other companies are charging. We got a second opinion on the cost of replacement and it was literally half. Be careful and don't trust this company that is all about sales quotas and commission. He even told me his target closing percentage which just tells me they are trying to make money and not fix problems. Insane. $350 for nothing. Absolutely ridiculous

This place is ridiculous.
Let me first start by saying the technician was great.. amazing guy he was very friendly. But THE COMPANY... After being on the phone with over 15 different companies over the weekend.this was the first that could come see me on a Monday, and they said it was no charge for the appointment. After getting here and doing literally 15-20 minutes of ""diagnostics"" on my water heater he told me it was completely kaput and needs replacing. Didn't do a THING EXCEPT OPEN 4 SCREWS TO LOOK INSIDE and then they charged me $130 for the 20 minutes he was here. Got a quote JUST for labor for replacing the water heater which is STILL UNDER WARRANTY... for literally TWICE THE PRICE OF 2 other companies who came out and did a free diagnostic on it. THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE the only way they'll stay above water for so long is because they charge their few customers twice the amount to compensate.

I was not happy or pleased with, what and to the extent of how the work was performed. In fact two hours after Lee left, my toilet was plugged up again.

What was done was unsatisfactory for what was charged. I signed the okay to perform the job thinking the toilet would be removed and the drain would be snaked. To my surprise a six foot auger was all that was used. It was barely sufficient to get toilet to flush.

Furthermore, Lee even explained to me that I needed to have toilet removed and drain to be snaked out to street, but I would need to schedule a time for next week. Several other contractors quoted me half the price to have toilet removed and drain snaked open to street.

I will not use this company again. It left me a taste in my mouth that was almost as bad as the water in the toilet.

Keith cleared my drain today. He really went the extra mile! I was impressed with his cleanliness, knowledge, and professionalism. I got a crash course in my home's plumbing, and he was even willing to venture into a dank, dark spot under the house to help diagnose problems. Just excellent work, communication, and service. Thank you, Keith and Co!

Jared is the man! What a great team they have over at All Hours Plumbing. I called in on a Monday and they were able to meet my after hours request (Tuesday 6pm) and showed up 10 minutes early! Jared had to go to Home Depot for a part but was very fast and efficient with his work. I just moved into my house and had a small gas leak. After Jared came out I feel a lot more safe in my new house and will be calling All Hours Plumbing for any further needs.

P.s. I'll be requesting Jared as he was a great representative of All Hours Plumbing and Drain.

Just called these jokers to replace the floor seal on my toilet, replace the flapper on another toilet and adjust the bath tub drain. Quoted me over $800 for the job (About $433 for the toilet seal, $140 for the flapper, and $140 for the bathtub drain plus and $89 fee for coming out on Saturday, which I was fine with paying). I called a few other plumbers who said they could do floor seal for less than $100 and laughed when I told them I was quoted $140 to replace the flapper on the toilet. Blatant dishonesty and attempted price gouging. After he left, I called the scheduler back and told him what had happened. The plumber then called me back and attempted to explain that they have certain rates in their ""book"" that they have to charge. I told him I had already obtained two other quotes that were a fraction of the cost. He said he could knock off a hundred dollars. I told him I would be using one of the other companies I called. I would not reccommend these guys unless you like to pay eight times market price. I am giving one star only because zero is not an option. P.S. This is not a fake review.

They probably do great work but they charge a TON! I was having 3 easy problems: 1. I had a leaky shower and the cartridge needed to be replaced. 2. The pipe going into my water heater had a leak. 3. My bathroom faucet needed to be replaced. I know a little bit about plumbing but I decided that I would rather just pay someone to fix it. I called these guys to get a quote and when they got it to me they quoted me $860! I fixed everything myself and it took 2 hours and about $110 in parts. Extremely simple and basic job but for some reason they felt like they had to try and charge me about $400/hour. If you are looking for a plumber you will be MUCH better off to find someone who works freelance as he will probably just have an hourly rate like $80/hour or so. If you hire All hours then you will be paying the plumber, the person who took your call, the person who gave you the bid, the person who owns the company, their marketing, graphic designers, etc etc. If you have unlimited money and hate shopping around then definitely use these guys.
