We used our home warranty to file a claim for a leaking shower and toilet that kept running. They sent guys who didnt introduce themselves. One went down to fix the basement toilet, he was fine. The other (we later found out was Cody) went up to the tub. There was an issue he couldnt figure out (later found the size wasnt standard on the faucet cartridge). In the over 2 hours he was in my house, he cursed, yelled, screamed in frustration at the faucet, and basically threw a hissy fit....in front of my 3 young children.
It was established that they needed to order a part. They left and said I would be called when the part arrived.
When the secretary called, I requested that a different employee be sent out. She told me nobody else was available. I explained why I wanted someone else, and that I was uncomfortable with him being in my home. I was told that was too bad, he was the only one who would come.
When he arrived, he walked so much mud in my home that I have to replace my front foyer rug, which is only 3 weeks old.
This company does not care about their customers and their property.

We went thru American Home Shield paying the $75 deductible. In preparation for the winter months, we activated our garage floor heating in Aug 2019. The pump for the closed circuit system had the internal impellers break. The pump was so loud we could not hear. The pump was so hot, we could not touch it. A service tech came out in August and checked it saying it was worked fine. I was not home to inspect but took his word. In November 2019, we had very cold temps along with accumulating snow. The system was started with the same problem. Contacted them and they refused to rectify despite it being the same problem. The secretary refused to help and refused to allow me to speak to a manager or the owner. They stated that we were required to file another claim with AHS. That made absolutely no sense. That would be like turning the AC on in the dead of winter to see if it works. Why would I turn on the system, after you just checked it and said it was working fine? DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY.

This company does not pay their employees. They lie and tell them that they turned in their hours when in fact they did not. Once they know you are looking for your check Jamie, Matt and Robert stop taking or returning your calls. I have report this company to the Wage and Labor board. Don't use a company that is loyal or honest to their employees they want be honest with you.

We called the MtGilead office to have our hot water heater serviced. The tech said he didn't have much experience with propane heater but he would take a look. After 5 minutes of trying to light the pilot he said yep it won't stay lit. Wrote up a quote for $1500 to replace it! Said it was close to expected life and gave us a bill for $50! IF you want it fixed don't call here, they want to sell new. I did call and explain my dissatisfaction and they said they do not repair old units and to let them know if they can do anything else for me. Don't think so. I bought and installed a new thermocouple and installed it myself. Heater is just fine again.

I've had Jeremy and Dave at my house on two separate occasions, and they are absolutely amazing! They are very thorough, dedicated, and detail orientated! I'm now a customer for life, and if you need Plumbing work these are the guys to call!
