AHS sent them ti my home. Not the first time. He spends 5 minutes not fixed. For my faucet they stated they will order a part but goes to ahs and tell them that I broke my own faucet because they did not want to do the job. When placing a work order with ahs, call, don't do it online and make sure they do not select this contractor. Terrible contractors. Don't use them

This is the WORST !!!! Beware, they are RATS and Scammers, I have a American Home Shield Warranty and they did not swap my Sink Faucet because I use excesive Force to Open and close the faucet. I follow this many days over the internet, many customers are saying the same, the plumbers are getting this answer and know how to make 100.00 easy money Scamming people, they do not want to fix your issue, they are there for easy money.!!! They are scammers, This Plumbing company is horrible! STAY AWAY from them. ALL HRS EMERGENCY PLUMBERS should change their name, they do not answer calls and also their plumbers are scammers!

The worse service I've ever experienced! A tech came to diagnose the problem, and then would not return my call! It's currently been 10 days of calling every single day and leaving multiple voicemails for the company, NO ONE has called me back! I'm not even sure it's a legit company at this point!

I purchased the most comprehensive American Home Shield Warranty plan when I moved to FL and purchased a 15 year old home 6 months ago (this is relevant I promise). On Friday, my water heater stopped working. I called the service request number and the service request was created. The plumber was assigned to be through All Hours Emergency Plumber. They should change the name to All Business Hours Only Plumbing. I didn't have hot water all weekend and didn't hear back from them until Monday. When the plumber arrived, he seemed to know more about the fine print of my warranty contract than me. The plumber glanced at my water heater for all of 2 seconds before stating """"the problem is a power surge that damaged the electrical components of the unit. This also looks new so it seems like this was a faulty unit from the start."""" It seems like the plumber chose two specific problems that he knew wouldn't be able to be covered by the warranty. And when I looked at the contract and called AHS, I confirmed and was told that those are two reasons where the warranty will not cover the appliance. This tells me that the technicians don't want to have to deal with the warranty and so they'll do whatever they need to do in order to have the customer pay out of pocket. Which defeats the entire purpose of a warranty. If you have a warranty, try to go with another plumber other than All Hours because maybe another company will be more willing to help you as a warranty customer. I also recommend reading the reasons for appliances not being covered and notify the technician you already are on alert for if they're going to try to upsell you because of warranties.

We had an AHS claim for a leak on the pipe that came into the mixer valve. The person who came said we had a leak in our faucet but not in the mixer value. My father in law was there to let him in and it took a minute for me to be able to talk to him. He came back in and found the leak by the mixer value. They told me they would call me back same day and would be back end of the week to do the service. So I waited. Four days later, I tried to call them, and there was no reply. American Home Shield told me that the reason the plumber gave to them was """"user abuse"""". The mixing valve, which had a leak they couldn't even find, was somehow damaged by us dropping something on it (we didn't). They also left water all over the ground when they left. The attached photo shows what American Home Shield had. I asked them to reassess and they told me their decision was final and they trusted the technician. Their review is next.

All Hours Emergency Plumber was assigned to me by my Home Warranty company after another plumbing company had originally been dispatched who didn't know how to fix the problem. Derek (the plumber from ALL HOURS) came out to my house to access the situation and supposedly FIX my leaking toilet. I turned on the water supply valve at the base of the toilet (which by the way is a WALL MOUNTED TOILET!), he saw the dripping. He said he had to call American Home Shield to give them the initial diagnosis before he could take the toilet off the way to truly know what's causing the leak. That sounded acceptable, so he went out to his truck and 5 minutes later, drove away. No coming back to say anything...he just left! This is the report he submitted to American Home Shield: """"Wall mounted toilet with hairline crack in the wall causing toilet to leak. It appears to be leaking for quite some time now. Tile floor and tile wall has mildew. Per tech this is a pre-existing condition that is detectable by visual inspection. Toilet would have to be replaced."""" How do you know it's a hairline crack in the wall versus a worn out """"O"""" ring when you didn't even remove the toilet?!? You were paid to fix my toilet leak and you just left after the initial inspection. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! I recommend using any other plumber in town!!!

They are horrible in service , reliability and quality . We had our home warranty company outsource a repair to this company and they were a nightmare to handle. I would never recommend them to anyone

This company hires guys that will REPORT you to Building and Zoning if you dont have your permits, on the other hand their guys do the work before reporting you. Sounds weird doesnt it, They employed this guy named Robbie Shuster who does plumbing on his own now, he began doing work for me Dec of 2021. We made a deal and he eventually quit working for this company but was doing my rough in sewer line. I allowed him to do his side work while coming to my place and work as he could but he still to this day has never finished what he began. He asked to do the sheetrock portion of my project but I told him it would be better to hire a crew he gave me a price to do it and I said, yes. He began placing 3-4 screws across an entire sheet of sheetrock he also tried telling me he puts ZERO screws in the studs where theres an outlet(crazy huh?). So when I seen this I had to tell him ne needed more. He argued and said that is enough screws. When I told him its not nearly enough he argued that he'd been doing this for 30yrs. I told him he either needed to do the job right or not do it, his reply was, """"You're not paying me enough to do it right"""" I told him to leave if he cant do it correct. He disappeared for a week so I called him and asked what was going on.. Long story short after two weeks he never returned and I told him dont come back .. two weeks after that I had a Stop work order on my door. He was the only one that had been in my addition that knew the things he knew and the building told me who ever called did it in such a manner that they didnt have to leave their name.. This guy is a POS and Id be careful of this man and this company. I called the company but the never called me back after calling them three times and they said, theyd have the manager call me back... They dont want to be responsible for his work even though he was still working for them when he began my project..

In order to provide a review, I have to choose 1 star, otherwise it would have been NO STARS. Very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service of All Hours Emergency Plumbing. My home warranty company AHS assigned them to my job which was for a slight leaking bath faucet. 1st plumber who came out disassembled the handle to get to the cartridge, did not have the extraction tool or a new cartridge to do the replacement and even pulled on the cartridge with a needle nose type plier which made the faucet leak worse. 2nd plumber came out the following day and said he could not remove the cartridge and I would need to change out the valves behind the wall to the tune of $750.00 plus pay at least another $250 for access. He made sure to add negative language to the work order of overuse/overturned due to excessive force so AHS would not cover the expense under my contract. (Mind you the bathtub faucet/handle/cartridge were well over 15 years old which would amount to normal wear and tear on parts that old). I disputed the diagnosis and language with AHS and asked for a 2nd opinion. The new plumber NORTHEAST FLORIDA CONTRACTORS AND MAINTENANCE 904-512-2952 came out today, removed and replaced the cartridge and even changed out the faucet. All without having to mess with/change out the valves behind the wall. ALL under the AHS contract, no additional charges to me. Please be wary of All Hours Emergency Plumbing if assigned, ask warranty company for NORTHEAST FLORIDA CONTRACTORS AND MAINTENANCE 904-512-2952 instead, you will be glad you did.
