Called my home warranty and they gave me this company. I could not get an answer when I tried to call. After 4 hours they called back and said it would be a week before they could come over and fix my hot water heater. The customer service representative was rude and nasty. I called the home warranty service and they are dropping this company. Check out some of their reviews on google and you will find mine to quite mild.

I was assigned this plumber by 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty. The phone number supplied was 904-458-4584. We were told that All Hours Emergency Plumber, LLC. accepted the job and would be contacting us within 24 hours. After 4 days and multiple phone calls later we finally asked for a different plumber (2-10 Home Buyers Warranty could not reach them by phone either). 4 days waiting for a response from an """"emergency"""" plumber is unacceptable and I think we were quite patient to wait as long as we did. It seems that most of the bad reviews on Yelp and Google are from home warranty customers. I can't help but wonder why that is. Does the home warranty company pay considerably less? Are they unreliable in their payments? Do they send too much business? Require too much? From what I understand, it is the option of the plumber to accept or decline orders -- so this disconnect in service availability and communication is confusing.

Bath faucet replaced August 23. Today is Sept 24 and I still don't have a receipt for the work done. I need the receipt because the excellent plumber sent out found debris from a broken sewage pipe in the community. I have a claim waiting to be reimburse me but for a month the office staff has lied about emailing or sending a receipt. """"The girl sending it is new, it will take her a couple of days. We can't find your address of the job done. She is sick today. We don't usually give receipts. Jaime is backed up with about three weeks of paper work. We'll put yours at the top of the stack."""" I would fire her and if an office staff can't tell the truth how would I ever trust this company again. NEVER!

First American Home Warranty sent these people to my house. I seriously regret the decision because for one they lost my payment and charged me twice. And for two they didnt even do any work. The kid that showed up said """"in my professional opinion that needs to be replaced"""" but didnt do any work and left. I complained to the home warranty but do not work with this company they are worthless

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT THEM TO SHOW UP! A repair man was sent to my home on Wednesday, July 10, both tubs would not hold water but he didn't have 20 minutes to wait around to see if the water leaked out and he gave me his personal cell number to call if the tubs drained all water which they did. So I called The tech, told him the tubs both leaked and he said would be back either July 11, 12 Thursday or Friday. He did not show on Thursday so I called and left a message on Friday to let him know I had family come to my house to wait for him because I had a meeting and he never showed. I called him a total of 3 times over the next few days and text him and heard nothing. I assumed something happened so I called the company. The woman from All Hours Plumbing who rescheduled for this Saturday July 20 between 8-12 seemed irritated when I asked about the technician not showing up or calling me back. She said maam he is really busy servicing 8 appointments a day. SO apparently its okay to make excuses and its okay to pay a service fee and not receive service then more than a week goes by I stay home on Saturday and cancel plans waiting for the same guy to show up with a new service appointment between 8-12 only for him NOT TO SHOW UP AGAIN!!! I have been on the phone with American Home Shield trying to get this resolved but they cannot even get ahold of and ALL HOURS PLUMBNG COMPANY. Horrible customer service, still not fixed, a no show for the second time, no returned phone call or text message. NEVER AGAIN!! More reviews just like this on BBB.

I'm just going to say unprofessional staff, Jamie the manager didn't have a clue of the work and other male manager hides and they work through warranty company. The office personnel isn't really friendly Katie and Justin and it took them 4 weeks to repair! Had to bring someone from Daytona beach? My wife finally had to call because they didn't want to deal with me. Leak specialist marked wrong spot and when they said we were 'non compliant' to pay, that was a lie, we said we wouldn't pay for a slab leak if it wasn't. Won't recommend and won't go through them again! Ghetto job replacing drywall and tearing up carpet. We're veterans who fought in the war and didn't deserve the treatment they gave us.

Sir, I was contacted by your company after BBB complaint. People were let go """"supposedly"""". I was told to give what it cost to get the repairs done. Sent invoice have been waiting on owner to approve it for months. I will be refiling my complaint with the BBB and including all email correspondence.

RUN AWAY FAST ! First American Home Warranty uses this plumber they need to remove them from the list. They are 100% horrible they came out DID absolutely nothing but unscrew a clamp and leave it that way. Then they tried to tell me the Warranty would not cover it and they would need to install a cleanout to fix the clog. MY HOUSE HAS A CLEANOUT i went down and saw it. Fraud is when you try and sell someone something they already have. I crawled down and looked they did not expect that I am sure. When i tried to call them no answer 2 times tisk tisk. They were trying to scam me. RUN AWAY and if you have the Home Warranty tell them to send someone else. Then they told me I had a septic problem when they stepped on round gopher tunnels they said the ground was squishy. YOU ARE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER YOU WILL BE SORRY!

STAY FAR AWAY!!! This company and their buddies over at Drimaxx are running an insurance scam. What was a semi small leak in my kitchen drain pipe turned into my kitchen being ripped apart and a $3200 bill. If your warranty company sends them out ask for another company.

I had to use All Hours Emergency Plumber due to my Home Warranty, 2-10 on Friday, Feb 22. My main sewage pipe was stopped up. James showed up and said nothing could be done because a previous plumber had not installed a clean-out valve. Not sure what that had to do with anything. After much discussion and contacting the warranty company, he dug a hole and attempted to snake the drain. He said it was collapsed (old house, cast iron pipe). We agreed on the terms of him returning in a couple of days, cost of $1300 to replace 70' of pipe and install clean-out and I paid the $100 deductible. On Monday I called for an update and he said he miscalculated and now the cost is $7500. That's right, a """"mistake"""" of $6200. As of right now, I have a hole in my front yard with an open sewage drain. Do not use this company. It seems they exist solely on the premise of trying to get the claim denied. The warranty company 2-10 and All Hours are all a bunch of scam artists and I wish I could go more public than this and warn people.
