Recommended Customer Reviews

They are horrible in service , reliability and quality . We had our home warranty company outsource a repair to this company and they were a nightmare to handle. I would never recommend them to anyone

They blew out heater box and box starting leaking. The Plumber left and said it was Electric problem. Electrician visit home stated it was not an Electric problem the Plumber blow out Hot water heat box and box needs to be replaced. I called Plumber back and spoke with representative and supervisor for assistance. Supervisor stated her Plumbers dont make mistakes and nothing they can do about it. Supervisor hung up....They were very rude and I paid my deductible to have a blown out box and not replace. I will definitely will be passing the word around not to use this Plumming Company. Unprofessional and Unacceptable.

STAY FAR AWAY!!! This company and their buddies over at Drimaxx are running an insurance scam. What was a semi small leak in my kitchen drain pipe turned into my kitchen being ripped apart and a $3200 bill. If your warranty company sends them out ask for another company.

Sir, I was contacted by your company after BBB complaint. People were let go """"supposedly"""". I was told to give what it cost to get the repairs done. Sent invoice have been waiting on owner to approve it for months. I will be refiling my complaint with the BBB and including all email correspondence.

James, is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He took his time showing me different parts of the water heater while explaining the hazards I should be concerned with.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. We HAD to use this company through my home warranty with American Home Shield because any other plumbers American Home Shield had contracted were 4 hours away. We had a leak in a garage wall. They sent someone out on a Monday who claimed to have fixed the leak (we had to pay home warranty deductible of $125) and found mold and pushed us to call their """"sister company"""" who does mold remediation. Called them, guy came out who quoted us $3500 to removed a 3'x3' area of mold. OUTRAGEOUS. He was trying to gouge us because we were out of state. We then used a different VERY well-recommended and REPUTABLE company for the mold remediation at a cost of $600 who found the leak still present! Called All Hours Emergency Plumber back on Thursday to tell them they HAD NOT fixed the leak. Everyone there was very rude and claimed this must be """"a new leak"""" and that we would have to go through American Home Shield again. They also called both my husband and I trying to find out who we hired for the mold remediation. NONE OF THEIR BUSINESS! Got an appointment for All Hours Emergency Plumber to come out on Saturday (5 days after leak should've already been fixed). Then they called the next day and cancelled for Saturday and rescheduled for the following Monday. NOPE NOPE NOPE. I cancelled them altogether and found a well-recommended plumber who came out IMMEDIATELY and charged MUCH less (not through American Home Shield), found the leak immediately and fixed it for $105 which we just paid on our own. This company has no listing with the Better Business Bureau. Not surprising as I've read a lot of poor reviews about them here and on other sites.

Called my home warranty and they gave me this company. I could not get an answer when I tried to call. After 4 hours they called back and said it would be a week before they could come over and fix my hot water heater. The customer service representative was rude and nasty. I called the home warranty service and they are dropping this company. Check out some of their reviews on google and you will find mine to quite mild.

All Hours Emergency Plumber was assigned to me by my Home Warranty company after another plumbing company had originally been dispatched who didn't know how to fix the problem. Derek (the plumber from ALL HOURS) came out to my house to access the situation and supposedly FIX my leaking toilet. I turned on the water supply valve at the base of the toilet (which by the way is a WALL MOUNTED TOILET!), he saw the dripping. He said he had to call American Home Shield to give them the initial diagnosis before he could take the toilet off the way to truly know what's causing the leak. That sounded acceptable, so he went out to his truck and 5 minutes later, drove away. No coming back to say anything...he just left! This is the report he submitted to American Home Shield: """"Wall mounted toilet with hairline crack in the wall causing toilet to leak. It appears to be leaking for quite some time now. Tile floor and tile wall has mildew. Per tech this is a pre-existing condition that is detectable by visual inspection. Toilet would have to be replaced."""" How do you know it's a hairline crack in the wall versus a worn out """"O"""" ring when you didn't even remove the toilet?!? You were paid to fix my toilet leak and you just left after the initial inspection. HORRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS! I recommend using any other plumber in town!!!

Wow, either we were REALLY FORTUNATE to get a good plumber (and based on the numerous negative Yelp posts, we believe we were) because our Plumber, James, at 904.458.4584 was on time for our appointment, a personable and pleasant guy who accessed what was wrong with our utility sink leak, checked with the warranty company on what we were allowed under our coverage and fixed the leaky pipe asap! The faucet warranted a return visit when the part comes in, and since we are fully covered, what could have been a $400 service call only cost us the $75 warranty fee. Contrary to what others are posting, our experience has us believe that this is the best plumbing company in the Jacksonville area. They gave us great service and are who we would use in the future, if needed. A Grade A, phenomenal job, that would have us recommend their services for any plumbing work in the future. Thanks James!

I loved that the technician wore a mask. Brian was super polite and patient with my son who watched his every move and talked his head off. Service was super quick. Same day. Highly recommend.
