I had the misfortune of being saddled with All Hours Emergency Plumber, LLC by my homeowners warranty company. They called and I outlined the problems occurring with my toilet (constantly running for over a month, leaking from the base for a little over a week). The plumber came to my home and saw a bleach tablet in the tank, and instead of calling me to ask when the tablet was placed, told my nanny and called the home owners warranty company and said this was the cause of the issue. Claim DENIED in addition to them charging me $100 for their """"service"""". It truly makes no good sense from a business perspective to not try to figure out the true cause with the homeowner (the tablet had only been recently placed--so OBVIOUSLY NOT THE CAUSE.) They didn't even quote me anything to fix it or call to see if I'd like to pay for it myself. Seems like some weird kick back scheme from the warranty company. In any case, if you have the option to choose a plumber, look elsewhere.

I had to pay an additional $395.00 because my insurance was told modifications had to be made that weren't covered. $100.00 for a temperature relief valve. (The valve came with the hot water heater, what I ended up paying for was 3 feet of PVC pipe). $140.00 for hot side piping. (2 feet of PVC pipe and a PVC elbow joint) 155.00 for cold piping (2 feet of PVC pipe, a PVC elbow and a cheap PVC shut off valve). The only modification from the original was that the new tank is a little taller and the PVC needed to be shorter. I was also told I could not make the appointment unless I paid up front. I was lead to believe that this would be a big job... It took less than a half of an hour from beginning to end. The technician could not have been nicer, the one good thing. He was very sympathetic and understood my frustration.

They came to my house after my home warranty company called them. They said they needed to come back out with a camera system. I paid for the upcoming appointment. Said they would be there Monday. Called Monday, Tuesday and again Wednesday. Each day I was told the tech was on his way. By Wednesday afternoon I said I wanted my money back. The owner called and said she would refund my money but wanted to send a manager over immediately to do the camera service anyway. He showed and now a whole month later with multiple emails and phone calls to them I have not been refunded.

Has to be the worst plumbing company in Central Florida. They sent out a technician that was rude, condescending and very unprofessional. Their technician installed the wrong part in my bathroom and blamed me saying I am the one that purchased the part. A LIE! The tech installed the wrong part and tried to blame me....UNBELIVIABLE! Watch out for these people. They dodged my calls for weeks, putting me on hold for 20 minutes at a time. They would not come out and fix their mistake. They took the cowards way out and passed the job on to another contractor. No integrity, does not stand behind their work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. If your home warranty tries to send them to your house, refer them to his review. You will thank me later.

contracted through American Home Shield. plumber came, looked at water heater and said it needed replacing. left. no word for three days. I call them and they say I have to pay them $400 for cold and hot side piping and THEN they will schedule an install of new water heater. the piping on my current water heater is fine,PVC, no leaks. this is just ALL HOURS jacking up the price. so why didn't Home Shield or All Hours contact me about what to do next? If I hadn't called, I'd have to go another few days without hot water. ridiculous.

Joshua completed the work needed efficiently and with very good quality! I also enjoyed receiving an arrival estimate 30 minutes prior to the technician arriving.

Ken did a great job replacing our garbage disposal. Thanks Ken for the swift service and repair.

Amazing and fast service!! They were at my house in less than 24 hours. They were early. Called to communicate and super helpful and knowledgeable!

Robbie , the technician helped resolve the issue of the drain pipe by looking at another source that might have caused the obstruction in the utility sink.

My home warranty company assigned All Hours Emergency Plumbing to my service request for a leaking garbage disposal. The first thing I did was turn to the yelp reviews to see what I was in for. I was extremely disheartened. The first anticipated hurdle was just getting the plumber to call me the next day to schedule an appointment. To my surprise, I got a call the next morning, but , DAMN!, I was on a business call and missed their call. Here we go. Would anybody actually answer the phone when I tried to call them back? Lo and behold, a very nice young lady answered the phone, had my request from the HW company in front of her and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday morning before noon. So far so good, but what time was he really going to show up, if at all? I told my wife to be prepared to be inconvenienced for about a week, because once the plumber does show up, he will have to check out the situation, find the leak under the garbage disposal that I already told them was there, get approval from the HW company to replace it, order a garbage disposal, make an appointment to come back and install it, and hopefully in a week or so, we would have our kitchen sink back. Well at 11:45am, on Wednesday the plumber did show up. I admit that I was a little concerned when he showed up in an unmarked minivan, but hey, he's here and he's on time. When I opened the front door to him, there stood my plumber, wearing an appropriate mask, taking his shoes off so as not to track up my floor, and.....carrying a new garbage disposal!! He came into my house, went right to work, installed the new garbage disposal and was done and gone before 12:15!! Reading the other reviews made me so cynical, but I was completely satisfied with the service and quality of work. Sorry this company has taken such a bad wrap. I'm pleased with them.
