While in the end our garbage disposal was replaced, it was an absolute nightmare getting to that point. To begin with the only communication was a one way street; us calling them. We were scheduled four time before someone finally showed on the fifth scheduled appointment. Their technician showed on 4 Jan, walked in took a picture and walked out, even though he knew and stated the disposal had to be replaced. We were scheduled for replacement on the 11th, 13th, 18th. We made arrangements to meet the technician each time and nobody showed. After each missed appointment, with no call from All Hours, we made contact and were """"guaranteed"""" the next appointment would be met. Zero customer service/support. We would have used someone, anyone, else if availability permitted. Donnie, the technician who installed our disposal was outstanding and our comments are NOT a reflection of him.

He was gracious even though I was upset. He completed the task in a short amount of time.

DO NOT USE! This is a company used by American Home Shield. They came out in July 2020 because the tankless water heater wasn't working. The technician had no idea how to work on a tankless, he googled it, hit the reset button and left. I called AHS on 3 different occasions and literally spent hours on the phone, I was told it would be taken care of. Our tenant (thinking I have something in the works) waits until Nov. 2020 to ask me about it because he still has to reset EVERYTIME he needs hot water. It is now January 12,2021 and we still do not have a resolution. Late Nov we were advised before AHS could replace the water heater WE Needed to pay $495 to All Hours Emergency Plumber because they need to replace the water lines (to cover themselves). We paid on Dec 4th since then NOONE has shown up, NOONE answers the phone, NOONE returns your call or responds to emails. After hours on the phone between AHS and Jason with the plumber I was told our work order was cancelled and our $495 was being refunded. I asked for an email receipt showing the refund so I would know when to expect it ( as we have to find another plumber) I have not received anything. As I write this I have been on with AHS again, for 42 min. because the plumbing company didn't answer, again. If there was such a rating I would have given them a -1. Pamela Davis

They initially came to fix a few things related to plumbing at my home. The two biggest issues were a failed garbage disposal and a leaking/failed kitchen faucet. They rescheduled, at the last minute, the first 3 appointments! They did finally come and change the disposal. They never confirmed that I was okay with the disposal they chose to put in, they just installed it. It is not the best quality at all. I can live with that, but they should have shown me what they were installing before they did the work. The next issue was a leaking faucet in the kitchen that they determined needed to be changed. The home warranty company wanted me to accept a chrome, builder grade faucet. No. The plumber wanted me to accept a brushed nickel, builder grade faucet. Also no. Not a problem. I told them that the home warranty would give me the option to """"cash out"""" and get my own faucet. I told the guy I could go get a faucet while he was working on other things, so that he could do it that day and I would work out the """"cash out"""" with the HW company. He wasn't prepared to install it and was only approved to install what they wanted to give me...BN builder grade. I got a quote from the guy for the install of the faucet. He left and I worked out the """"cash out"""" with the home warranty company and called All Hours back...so this has been 3 rescheduled appointments and one visit so far. I set up an appointment for them to come back and install my new faucet. They had also missed a small repair when the first guy came that they were going to take care of when they installed the faucet. The 2nd guy shows up and has not heard a word about the kitchen faucet and wasn't """"prepared to install it"""" , because their company never sent a report to my HW company, which is required. He fixed a sink stopper and left. I had to keep checking about the report. Finally, everything was in place to install my faucet well over one month from starting with these people. I scheduled and appointment with the girl in the office for the faucet install at $150. I asked her who was coming this time to my home and she said a """"master plumber"""". I said, """"great, I wanted to get a quote on adding a shower downstairs, so can he do that?"""" She confirmed he could. So finally the guy shows up....very late, I might add. He comes in and asks what he is supposed to be looking at. I told him he is to install my new faucet and then I was going to have him look at adding a shower downstairs. He told me he was only there for an estimate!!! After all this...he is still not there to install my faucet. He let me know he is a master plumber, and the manager, but he can't install a kitchen faucet!!! I said, """"you are a master plumber, you are driving a plumbing truck, but you can't install a kitchen faucet that I have been trying to get done with you people since before Thanksgiving!!??"""" I was livid at that point. The guy told me he doesn't do installs and he didn't have what he needed on the truck. BS! I was providing the faucet and all hoses! He was driving a plumbing truck, presumably with tools on it! As I told him, as I basically threw him out of my house, they have no clue what they are doing. They do not communicate with each other. They completely wasted my time on multiple occasions. One of the absolute worst experiences that I have ever had with a company. I will tell everyone I know of this experience and my HW company has been alerted that they are NEVER allowed back to my home.

Had tankless water heater installed and was impressed by Robbie's professional demeanor and the job well done. Thank you.

They are NOT all hours, especially during the holidays. We used them because our home warranty co (American Home Shield) sent them to replace the hot water heater. It was leaking at top and bottom. They came on Monday before and said it needed replacing. Dud not come back until the Tuesday after Christmas. The hot water heater was leaking but still heated eater when we turned it on. It quit entirely on Wednesday before Christmas. They did not return phone calls. When I finally talked to them and asked them to come sooner, the receptionist said they work from 8:39 till 4 Monday thru Friday. That is definitely NOT ALL hours. It was a gas hot eater heater on a raised wooden platform in the garage. The wood platform was showing stress from the water saturation. Half of the garage was wet. They showed no sympathy. They did ask for pre payment on Tuesday before Christmas. I did pay but expected sooner service. If you are in a hurryDo NOt call them.

I called my home warranty company on Thursday 09/17/2020 for a leak in my master bathtub. They dispatched a plumbing company called All Hours Emergency Plumbing. A plumber came to my home Friday and supposedly fixed the problem. Monday 09/21/2020 My reconstructing company Kustoms came to my home to start repairing my home from a pipe leak that happened on 08/18/2020. I opened my garage door and there was no hole or crack in my ceiling. I left my home around noon to get lunch and got a video from Kustoms saying that the plumbing problem was not fix and that the overflow pipe to the master bathtub was still leaking. I called All Emergency Plumbers and explained to them that the issue still needed to be fixed. They called my fiance and told him that a plumber will at the house later on that evening and would wait for him to arrive at the home. I left my home around three in the afternoon. There still was no hole or crack in my ceiling. My Kustoms team left at four in the evening. My fiance came home around five thirty in the evening waiting for a plumber to show up, However no one showed up to the home. He searched the home to make sure everything was fixed and he found the hole and the crack in the garage in the ceiling. I called kustoms to ask if the plumber showed up and when they left. Kustoms confirmed that the plumber did show up around three thirty and they left at four. The plumber never called my fiance or myself to let us know he was there. He worked in my home unsupervised for forty minutes. The only thing he has to do was reseal the overflow pipe. My research says that should only take fifteen minutes. Tuesday morning I went to my home and called All Hour Emergency Plumbing and they dispatched a Manager named Robert. I explained to him that his plumber, which I found out the plumbers name was Derek, came into my home without notifying any of us of him being in the home and that he broke the ceiling in my garage. Robert proceeded to tell me that he didn't think his guy did it but that he would call him and ask. He asked Derek and Derek responded no. Robert told me well my guy didn't do it so its not our responsibility. I asked him to send me Derek's time stamp and he was in my home from three forty three to four twenty three. No one was home to supervise him. I have tried multiple times to call All Hours Emergency and emailed them to get their insurance information. They refuse to answer any of my calls or emails. I hope they can resolve this asap I find it unfair that we didn't even get a call saying the plumber is there and now not only do I have to worry about my wedding on the third and making sure my house is brought together in time but now I have to worry about the damage in the garage I do not feel safe parking my vehicle in the garage. If they would just call me and speak to me we can get it settled and be done with it. But the refuse to give any information.

All hours emergency plumbing LLC is by far the worst company I have ever done business with! I do not recommend anyone ever using them! I called them to repair a small leak in my water line supplying my house. They told me that I would have to pay half up front and the other half when they finished if I agreed to the price and the work that they would be doing, so I agreed to everything and paid them half of what I was quoted. When they got to my house to start the work I had full running water cold and hot water with a small leak in the garage. They told me they needed to pin point the leak and found it's location and said it would be within 3 feet of the spot they marked. So they then proceeded to bust up the concrete in my garage which lead them to finding nothing. The technician (who's name was Derek) then proceeded to start busting up the floor in my dining room which is where things went south. At roughly 3:00 pm he stopped working and began loading his tools up and left my house without saying anything at all to me or my wife. WHEN HE LEFT OUR HOUSE WE HAD NO RUNNING WATER WHAT SO EVER!! and we could not reach him again. We have two small children so we had to get a hotel room for the night. We then called the main office and the phone went straight to voicemail which I left a message. I tried calling every number they had listed and was finally able to get ahold of a guy named """"Jason"""" who told me that he would look into the situation and call me back shortly. I didn't hear back from him until the following morning when I called to find out what was going on! So at this point we still have no running water in our house and our floors are busted up in two spots and STILL have no idea why the technician left our house the way he did. On top of that I can't get ahold of anyone at their main office or an answer to if they're going to fix and repair what they have done to our house and finish what they were supposed to do!! Once again I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!! They have the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with and they're employees do not care at all about the quality of work or weather you have running water or not when they leave your house!!

James, is extremely patient and knowledgeable. He took his time showing me different parts of the water heater while explaining the hazards I should be concerned with.

Do not use this company. They are impossible to reach by phone or by email. I have been trying for over 3 days. They do not return calls. I cancelled my service call the same day I gave them $395.00 and they have not refunded my money. Do not use this company
