Our house had an inch of water in the basement. Eric recommended a company that would help us get our house in shape that day and he came out early the next day gave us 3 peoples appointments to make sure he wasnt leaving us in terrible condition. Eric took the time to explain to us what he was doing and helped us file our claim with insurance. Definitely will use him moving forward.

We had an emergency in my home where we had a clog in 3 of our sinks at the same time and we called a few places and they couldn't make it until later this week. Well, the emergency came about 2 hours later when the sink started to overflow without us running the water in that particular sink, it turned out to be that we were running a dishwasher from upstairs but Overflowing downstairs. I called back some places that I originally called with great reviews and they still couldn't make an emergency call.

I then called all hour drain and I was concerned at first from the person answering the phone, he didn't seem knowledgeable or from around here but I think he was just from an answering call center. He stated Erik would call me in a few minutes and Erik did. He called while I was on a call with the next company and as I told him my dilema, he stated he would finish the job he's doing and come right over before his next job. He books days in advance but the fact that he did this for us in such a crazy time, it was very much appreciated!

He was reasonable in pricing, empathic, did a great job and was here when he said he was going to be here.

Eric was fast, knowledgeable, and competitive in pricing. After getting over 5 estimates from Home Advisor and Angi's List, most plumbers quoted us over $500 - $800+ in labor without parts and wanted us to tear down our wall of tiles and replace the pipes against the wall that interfaced externally. Thus, it was refreshing when he said the following to fix our leaky bathtub faucet:
1. Knew that the model of our bathtub faucet handle was closest to Moen, which acquired Stanadyne (original model).
2. Quoted a reasonable price for labor ($225 for cash or check) without taxes (unless you pay by credit card).
3. Estimated a reasonable time (10 minutes) to replace the cartridge, which he had in his van, using this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9kTPbg5XmfE).

He and his assistant worked efficiently to tag team in shutting down the water, replacing the parts, and showing us the old part for us to buy at Home Depot in case we want to do it ourselves in the future. Thanks again for not trying to rip off a senior citizen like others for a quick and simple fix!

Eric at All Hours Plumbing is wonderful. Called for an emergency service call on Thanksgiving of all days. We were so stressed and he did not disappoint! He was at our door in 10 minutes and fixed everything. His prices are reasonable and even on Thanksgiving charged a fair price. He's been here before taking care of our waste lines and all our plumbing needs. He is very dependable and does a great job, we trust his work and would not call anyone else.

My kitchen sink clogged unexpectedly so first time ever to leave dirty dishes overnight. I found Eric's number via the local paper ad. He was the first plumber to call me back with a great personality. He was understanding and offered to come take care of the clog even though he had a full schedule. He didn't have to come but he did. Not only did he fixed the problem but he was thorough and diligent. An experienced plumber with a great attitude and genuine heart to help solve my problem. I highly recommend Eric for any plumbing needs! He was professional, prompt, efficient, courteous and did a fantastic job! He answered my calls or returned calls very promptly. I needed a toilet bowl repaired, a new kitchen faucet (along with some replacements of piping under my kitchen sink), along with a couple of leaky faucets that needed to be fixed.
Eric is extremely knowledgeable and has a very friendly disposition. He is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend him to my friends.

I have a plumber who is as good as John Kennedy, our plumber for many years. John Kennedy passed away several years ago. Since then I have had at least 5 plumbers whose work was not even close to John's work. It was very discouraging. I had been hearing good things about a plumber named Eric of All Hours Plumbing from The Plainview Moms Group which has recommended many repairmen to me.
Since last October, I was having a problem with my washing machine & water that was around the bottom of the washing machine. I called one of the plumbers I had been using. He told me that it was the pipe above the washing machine and he replaced a flex hose & repaired the pipe for $200. I was just happy that the problem was fixed. I probably did about 6 loads of wash. Several months later, I went into the laundry room to put a wash into the dryer. There was water all over the laundry room. I looked around the washing machine and there was toxic mold. I now was involved with mold remediation & removal. After the mold was removed, I did not use the washing machine, I went to a laundromat & just did wash. I was looking for a new washer and dryer.
Today I went into the laundry room and again there was water all over the room and I had not used the washing machine. I contacted Eric of All Hours Plumbing. He was extremely busy because it was the day after Labor Day. Eric told me that since this is an emergency he would have to alter his schedule. He told me that he would call me back. About an hour later, he arrived. He went into the laundry room and looked at the washing machine & the large thick pipe that ran the width of the room and went outside to the sewer. Eric knew right away what was wrong. He told me the main pipe had a heart attack. He also has a good sense of humor. He added that he was sure that when he cleaned


the pipe that he would find where the clog was. Sure enough the pipe was clogged with several items that were flushed down the toilet that should not have been in the toilet. So every time the toilet was flushed, a tremendous spray of water came out of the pipe above the washing machine causing water to go all over the laundry room. Since I was not in the laundry room, I had no idea what was happening.
Eric of All Hours Plumbing is amazing. Within minutes of being in the laundry room, he knew the problem & gave me a reasonable estimate to remove the clog with a huge machine that Eric brought down the basement. He even cleaned up the laundry room. We have Our Plumber! He is a Licensed Master Plumber who knows what he is doing and charges reasonable prices! Yay Eric! I would give you 10 stars if I could. I am so very relieved that this nightmare is over!

This is the second time I call this company and had Erick work on a plumbing issue (leaking metal pipe under the kitchen sink), in this case a leak. I thought his performance deserved an upgrade on his review from four to five stars: He came quickly, was very respectful and polite and did the job efficiently and with precision. One great thing about Erick: he takes time to explain what's wrong with the pipe, how he was going to fix it and he provided a quality replacement part that he had in his truck. In and out in 10 to 15 minutes, and that was only because I delayed him talking. He was also neat and did not create a mess in the area where he worked. I couldn't recommend him more (oh, and he did rethread the dishwasher machine's connection so it could drain more efficiently).

One note of extra courtesy: He and his apprentice both wore masks and kept a reasonable distance in these pandemic times.
