Our office has used All Hours Air for a few years now and we are always EXTREMELY pleased with their service! Jason and his crew are pleasant to work with and are honest, hardworking people. We never have to wait more than a couple of hours for service and are always pleased with the job they do. We will continue to give All Hours Air our business!!!

The guys at All Hours were kind, competent, prompt and affordable. They were able to explain the issue I was having with my AC in terms I understood. I first had my AC looked at by two larger companies and they were unable to give me such friendly personalized service as All Hours. A younger crew worth calling! Clean, well mannered and knowledgeable plus they managed to service my AC the same day they diagnosed the issue. This may change as they grow but give these guys a call first! Don't waste your time on another company.

Contacted All Hours Air about having my air conditioning checked out. we were not getting cool air upstairs. Jason was very prompt coming out and always called 1/2 hour before showing up. He checked out my whole system and emailed me a quote. Had two other companies come out and they were not as thorough as Jason was. I let Jason know that we would be using him for our air conditioning problem. A few days later Technician Chad showed up and got right to work. After a few hours, the work was completed and we have cool air upstairs.
Jason was very helpful and always responded to my emails very quickly.
All in all, a happy customer and a happy wife. :)

WOW! Jason is excellent! I called him at 8:30 this morning with an A/C problem. He was here by 9:45 and had my A/C back up and running at 10:15. Add on top of that, he was extremely reasonable! Thank you so much!

I called All Hours Air when my furnace decided it no longer wanted to operate. I called late on a Friday night thinking I would get no one, but Jason answered the phone and told me he just stated overtime but could squeeze me in by the end of the night. I told him not to worry about it tonight and asked him if he could come out the next day (Saturday) he then hooked me up with an appointment for 10:30am. The next day at 10:00am Jason called and told me he was on his way. He showed up right on time (actually a little early) and took a look at my furnace. At first he thought it was my circuit board. He informed me it might be expensive ($400.00). Most guys would have stopped right there and said sorry it looks like its going to cost you. Not Jason though! He kept poking around for about 5 minutes and found a wire that had been frayed due to a zip tie being on too tight. He repaired the wire and tested my furnace and everything stated to work. Jason saved me a whole lot of money by going the extra mile and making sure he eliminated all possibilities before charging me for something I really didn't even need. I would highly recommend All Hours Air to anyone having HVAC issues.

Have used twice and both times arrived promptly and did what was needed, didn't overcharge. I unfortunately have a life time service plan with Paschall Plus but after they charged me almost $500 (and that was with their discount because of my lifetime plan) to install a garbage disposal that I found online as one of the lowest priced in the line, I'm afraid to use them. I saw other similar issues in their reviews. All Hours Air could have easily told me I needed expensive work; my system is old, but the first visit they just did a service, and second one tightened some loose bolts to stop rattling.

Outstanding same day service! Called at 08:00 and Jeff was here by noon. Fixed our heater with new parts he had stocked with him so now running around.

All Hours Air is really about 20% to 30% lower in cost than most in town and they provide fast quality work without trying to sell you pairs you don't need.

We will defiantly use them again for our HVAC needs!

I can't say enough good things about All Hours Air! The first thing that impressed me was that when I called, I got a call back in a very short time! Jason was professional and polite and I know I was one of many calls he was probably getting during this very cold spell. We discussed the problem, my twin furnaces were giving out lukewarm air. We made an appointment with a two hour window and he was there, ON TIME, despite very poor road and weather conditions. Jason was very efficient and knew what he was doing. He had my dual system back up and running HOT in less than 30 minutes. He was patient in describing some of the improvements and efficiencies I could do in insulating and sealing my ductwork and even suggested where I could purchase the materials to do the job myself.

All Hours Air is the type of company that you hope to get every time you have a problem and a service provider needs to be called. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their system serviced.
