Less than a week after their initial visit and $999 charge they had to return. Tech STATED he did not reconnect 2 wires. When I questioned him as to the over $500 bill, when he had already admitted he didn't reconnect needed wires he threatened to leave. I stated as a medical professional I would loose my license, if I abandoned a client in need. I have changed my 5 star rating to 1 star, and am now being bullied by All Heating for posting ""Avoid All Heating out of Snohomish "" which I stand by.

I have a heat pump and gas furnace we got at a different company
Friday night it was so cold it stopped working!!! It was easy to get ahold of this company and to know they were coming in the morning made me relax!¡!
JeFF came and he was so nice and explained everything
I want to say a lot of company's dont stand by their work and this company DEFINITELY does!!
The GM manager GARRETT was so helpful we will Have stuff done with them now cause of everything

Outstanding company, our AC stopped working after a small power issue, and I couldn't find anyone to come out within a week. Got All Heating recommended and they were out the next morning, fixed the issue and we were all set. Technician (Austin I think?) was super friendly and careful and explained everything. Highly recommend these guys.

Do yourselves a favor and avoid this company like the plague. The installed in the middle if the night a 5 ton Bosche unit that is for 118,000 soft office building my condo is 1651.sqft. it's been a battle as I have an exotic that must have constant temp and an very old cat. They said nothing was wrong 3 or 4 times until I gave up and called another company. Then they said I negated they're warranty so I called Bosch and the receipt says 3 ton unit. Bosch flew out and looked the unit over then left after 3 hours all heating manager Michael Salas said he would be here he never showed. So I called Bosche who agreed and said it on a recorded line that it in fact was a 5 ton unit. I'm done with all heating and looking for refund or court date.

Mitch came out to look at our gas fireplace on a home we recently bought. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He described the situation clearly and gave me solid options on how to resolve the issue.

We had a non working gas fireplace. Called three companies - one was three months out from being able to service us (wow, happy that they are busy but ouch, that's a long time to wait for service), one never called back and the third call was to All Heating who came out about 10 days after our call. The service tech (Jesus) was a delight and had us up and working in no time. A pleasure to have had him in our home. It surprises me to see any negative feedback regarding this company - I guess it's just humans being human and sometimes we make mistakes. Our experience was wonderful and I highly recommend this company.

All H aring did a tremendous job on our furnace and gas fireplace. Tyler was friendly and very professional. The work was done in a timely manner and cost was much less than I was expecting. I highly recommend All Heating.

Last week the glass facing of my gas fireplace completely shattered. I had no idea what caused the break and was really concerned that there was an underlying, behind the glass issue with my older gas fireplace. I called All Heating and spoke to the kindest, most patient sales person who patiently listened to my concerns and answered all my ignorant questions (Kaylee you are amazing!).

One week later, Tyler and Jesus visited my house and serviced my fireplace. Great customer service, explained things I should watch for in my aged gas fireplace, and confirmed that they have the parts needed to replace my igniter and pilot light should either go out.

Excellent customer service and care! Highly recommend!!

Technicians Tyler and Brandon were professional, courteous, punctual, and explained what needs to be done to properly maintain the mini-split unit we have. They have not been serviced for 3 years and the technicians took time to clean and inspect everything. No pushy sales, no overcharge. Highly recommend!
P.S. We also signed up for their maintenance program for a very attractive value!

We searched high and low for someone to help us figure out what was wrong with our fireplace when we moved into our new house. All Heating was the only place we could even find that would service our unit. And we are so glad it was them! Tyler and the team were so friendly, personable, and above all else, knowledgeable. They got the part we needed and fixed our fireplace right up! We have now booked them to do all of our heating care. Amazing team and service!
