I am the Property Manager for a 10-unit apartment complex, and I was corresponding with Stacey Sappenfield at All Handyman Services regarding some handyman-type repairs that I needed done in a vacant unit. I emailed her the list of repairs that I needed, and she stated,

""Without looking at everything, I would say you are looking at around $800 on the labor if everything goes smoothly without complications.""

I was ready to hire this company but was still unclear of their pricing practices, so I emailed Stacey back and asked for a clearer idea of how their pricing works. Here is her extremely rude response,

""I'm sorry. As I told you before, we DO NOT PRICE AT AN HOURLY RATE, we price per project, and we have provided you a projected quote for the work listed as you requested. We do not itemize in order to keep costs lower. When doing home improvement projects, as I'm sure you have experienced, it is a fluid situation depending on the scope of work once the job has started. Unfortunately we are not able to provide further details at this time. Thank you, and good luck!""

I have copied and pasted her text exactly as it was sent to me (caps and all). Thanks for the total blow-off, Stacey! I guess she doesn't like being questioned about their pricing.

Whenever I come across a company that is so dismissive when you ask about their pricing methods, or treats potential customers this rudely, I always share the experience on Yelp to hopefully help another customer avoid a negative experience with these vendors. For this reason, I strongly recommend that you avoid Stacey Sappenfield and All Handyman Service.

I needed some last minute help with my bathroom remodel. I reached out via Yelp on a Tuesday afternoon, and quickly received a response from Stacey same day. I was able to get an estimate the very next day, and by end Friday, I had all the work I needed help with completed. The estimate was itemized for each service and the price seemed fair.

On the first day, Aaron did a great job removing the old tile down to the subfloor and properly installing my hexagon tiles (along with planning the layout and all the cuts). Since the thinset needed time to dry, Dennis came by the next day to finish the grouting. I'm very pleased with the professional results.

Both were on-time, organized, and worked cleanly and efficiently. Stacey was also great with coordinating and communicating through out the whole process, answered any questions I had prior to work starting, and followed up after the work was completed.

I'm glad I stumbled upon All Handyman Service, as it was a great experience, and would most definitely return for future jobs/maintenance. I'd gladly recommend their services to friends and family.

Stacey responded to me very promptly regarding a small job that needed to be done at my house. Dennis, the handyman, arrived in the scheduled time and his work was done professionally. He was considerate and wore his mask and vacuumed all the work areas. The price was reasonable for the work that was done. I will definitely contact them for more work in the future.

They responded very quickly, communicated entire time, and arrived on time, BUT $375 to hang 2 towel bars, a bathroom light fixture from existing lines, put toilet paper holder in exact same spot, a curtain rod, and fix a small drywall patch is a little steep to me. Does not include the giant holes behind the new bathroom light fixture. That apparently was existing after pulling old one down, but now we have to have someone else come out and repair that too. Shelves were requested to be hung but were not due to stud location and weight (understandably)... but somehow the price went up from initial quote due to ""time,"" which I'm guessing is from figuring out shelving issue? Prices already rose from that point so to request to fix those awful holes left behind was not worth it.

They check all the boxes . Excellent service , on time , great prices , very professional . Stacey ran the office side and Dennis did the work at our house and we couldn't be happier with both. We originally hired for gutter services and ended up hiring for multiple services... so glad we called! They are now our ""go to"" service for sure. Dennis really went the extra mile problem solving a situation by running to Ace and back in the middle of the job. Totally recommend !

I requested a quote through the Yelp app and got a response quicker than I expected from Stacey. I really called last minute for the repair. Moving out of this house and needed this repaired ASAP before the new owners came. I had ordered the replacement but it would it have arrived in time for the service, so Stacey was able to assure me that they could pick up a holder of my liking. Well, Stacey was able to accommodate my urgency and booked me an appointment with Dennis. Dennis was on time, friendly and respectful. Thoroughly happy with the service and would definitely recommend hiring them for your repairs.

I needed to have rain gutters installed for my elderly in-laws and Ana was more than understanding and helpful! The job was done quickly and professionally, everyone I came into contact with in this company was very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend them!

My husband and I needed our washer/dryer connected since we had just moved. We were originally planning on doing it ourselves, but found that we had so much stuff to organize. So in the end, installation was our last priority, but the laundry was piling up..

I found All Handyman Service on Yelp and decided to give them a call. Ana was the one who answered the phone. She was so friendly and accommodating. We were expecting to be helped next day, but they had an opening same-day. Luckily, handyman Dennis was local and able to arrive within 10 minutes. He came within the specified time and was willing to work with our budget.

Great service!! Definitely recommend them! Will I use them again? FOR SURE!
