Yesterday I called All Good Plumbing, and Brian answered the phone. He said he would be at our house within the hour. I thought yeah, sure. But he was!

We had a toilet that would periodically drain water for no reason. Brian checked it out and said it was nothing to worry about. And that if it continued to call them and they could consider further repair.

We were not charged for this visit. This was exceptional service, and Brian was very professional!

Brian saved my butt on a stressful Sunday...

I was trying to clean out a family member's bathroom sink, took it apart, and then the stopper sunk. I tried every trick on YouTube (floss, flathead screw, exacto knife, a 95 lb strength from Home Depot) and nothing seemed to work.

Brian explained to me how to fix it... after about two minutes, it was fixed. I'm extremely appreciative of him helping me out over the phone and being so honest.

Great service from All Good Plumbing and Drains. I had an issue trying to install a new kitchen faucet and then also discovered a leak at the garbage disposal. I called Brian on a Sunday and he arrived a few hours after the call. He resolved our issues and was also thorough in describing everything that he was doing. Brian from All Good Plumbing and Drains went the extra mile to send someone out to our house in Grass Valley the day after we called to snake a utility sink drain and replace a kitchen sprayer hose. Isaac came out and did an awesome thorough job fixing everything we asked. He had to snake from two places because our backup was quite severe. He was very personable, clean, and professional. And he's a really nice sincere guy. The cost was very reasonable; we were expecting to pay a lot more so we were pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend All Good Plumbing and we will definitely call them in future for all our plumbing needs.

We were very impressed with Brian. We had a problem with our garbage disposal - not working at all and backed up with water that wouldn't drain. Brian came over and quickly identified and solved the problem. It turned out to be an easy fix, and he showed us what to do if the problem reoccurs. Give these guys a shot!! They're easy to deal with and very reasonably priced. We had had an old backflow preventer backing our sewage into our house and Brian sent Isaac come out to clear the problem same-day.
