He gave me a quote over text which was a fraction of what I had expected it would be, especially considering it's the weekend, the weekend before Thanksgiving at that. Wow. I have never had such a positive experience with a plumber. After the horrible job Roto-Rooter (Nevada City) did (not) clearing my mainline, I was sure the next plumber would be bad, too. I was wrong. Not only did they come when they said they would (no waiting all day), they were so helpful and explained things like no one else has. Without any extra charge, they took a video of my line so I could actually see the roots causing the problems, roots Roto Rooter hadn't even mentioned. He cleared the line and then explained 4 different options, from the cheapest, short term fix to the most expensive work possibly needed in the future. No pressure when I said I'd call them back after the first of the year to get started. Brian was so professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, I am happy to give them my future business as well! And their price for clearing the line AND the video was HALF of what Roto Rooter charged. Better work. Better price. Nice guy. You can't beat it. I definitely recommend this company!

Brain came out promptly and did an amazing job at finding the problem within minutes. Using a camera he found a root that had grown in the pipe that was being blocked and rooted it out very quickly. Very friendly and a pleasure to have come out!

Yesterday I called All Good Plumbing, and Brian answered the phone. He said he would be at our house within the hour. I thought yeah, sure. But he was!

We had a toilet that would periodically drain water for no reason. Brian checked it out and said it was nothing to worry about. And that if it continued to call them and they could consider further repair.

We were not charged for this visit. This was exceptional service, and Brian was very professional!

Brian saved my butt on a stressful Sunday...

I was trying to clean out a family member's bathroom sink, took it apart, and then the stopper sunk. I tried every trick on YouTube (floss, flathead screw, exacto knife, a 95 lb strength from Home Depot) and nothing seemed to work.

Brian explained to me how to fix it... after about two minutes, it was fixed. I'm extremely appreciative of him helping me out over the phone and being so honest.

Great service from All Good Plumbing and Drains. I had an issue trying to install a new kitchen faucet and then also discovered a leak at the garbage disposal. Brian from All Good Plumbing and Drains went the extra mile to send someone out to our house in Grass Valley the day after we called to snake a utility sink drain and replace a kitchen sprayer hose. Isaac came out and did an awesome thorough job fixing everything we asked. He had to snake from two places because our backup was quite severe. He was very personable, clean, and professional. And he's a really nice sincere guy. The cost was very reasonable; we were expecting to pay a lot more so we were pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend All Good Plumbing and we will definitely call them in future for all our plumbing needs.
