Brian from All Good Plumbing and Drains went the extra mile to send someone out to our house in Grass Valley the day after we called to snake a utility sink drain and replace a kitchen sprayer hose. Isaac came out and did an awesome thorough job fixing everything we asked. He had to snake from two places because our backup was quite severe. He was very personable, clean, and professional. And he's a really nice sincere guy. The cost was very reasonable; we were expecting to pay a lot more so we were pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend All Good Plumbing and we will definitely call them in future for all our plumbing needs.

We were very impressed with Brian. We had a problem with our garbage disposal - not working at all and backed up with water that wouldn't drain. Brian came over and quickly identified and solved the problem. It turned out to be an easy fix, and he showed us what to do if the problem reoccurs. Give these guys a shot!! They're easy to deal with and very reasonably priced. We had had an old backflow preventer backing our sewage into our house and Brian sent Isaac come out to clear the problem same-day. Throughly IMPRESSED!!! First of all Brian answers his own calls personally, YES and the OUTSTANDING customer service starts the moment he answers the phone. I had a clogged kitchen sink, called Brian said I can be out shortly and he was! Prompt, Professional Personable and Knowledgeable. Brian came in set up professionally keeping safety first an foremost, letting me know what he was doing and BAM everything was fixed! Our hot water heater went out and so we gave Brian at All Good Plumbing and Drains a call hoping he might be able to come by later that day. After a quick call, he said he'd be by in the next 30 minutes to see what the problem was! After diagnosing the problem, he was able to get the hot water heater back up and running in no time.
