Doreen H.We had a hot water heater not working they had a plumber come out he was looking at the water heater and had water pouring out like out of a faucet! The plumber went out to his truck for half an hour left me to deal with the water he came back in I asked what he was going to do about the water he said he would cap it. He told me he did and it stopped and he left I checked it was still coming out I ran after him told him he had to come back and fix it! Now we had to pay $1,300 to a company to come out for the water damage and the plumbers won't pay for it because they aren't responsible for causing the water damage! Do not use them!!!
