My garbage disposal stopped working in the middle of the day and my kitchen sink wouldn't drain. Kiet worked around my work schedule the same day I called and even waited for me to get home (I was running late). It turned out I did not have to get a new disposal and he took the time and taught me how to fix it myself for the next time if this situation happens again. He charged me less than what he quoted me on the phone. I really had the feeling that this is a person you can trust and he was not trying to take advantage of my situation which is nice for future repairs. He is definitely getting put in my phone contact list.

I got quotes for installing a water softener from a number of contractors on yelp. Kiet stood out because he was willing to pick up the water system for me at Lowe's, his price was reasonable, and he wasn't trying to upsell me anything like other contractors.

On the day of the appt, he brought the water system and also bought salt bags for me as well. He installed it and patched up the walls nicely. He explained how the system works, what plumbing he did to get it installed, and how to toggle the water in case of an emergency.

Wow, we seriously were SOL. Had a clogged toilet during the coronavirus outbreak. Thankfully we found Kiet and he was able to come the next day. It was a very smooth very professional service. He helped us with the toilet and even got the tub to flow quicker also. We would definitely use All Go again and would recommend them to anyone else who has a plumbing emergency like we did.

I highly recommend Kiet and Co. (Thang) as your go to for any plumbing issues! Saturday afternoon, I realized my water heater had a leak and quickly made some calls to get quotes for repair. I spoke to Kiet and he easily showed me how to shut off the water main to stop the leak. He had promised to come by to take a look, by end of day, as he was currently working on another project. (I mention this because other companies weren't willing to come out and even take a look! Some asked for pictures or some wanted to make appointments days out and I had an emergency leak)! The effort in just coming out for a quote was greatly appreciated! As expected, he showed up, evaluated the scene, and gave me a quote and also gave me a deal! Sunday morning, he showed up with Thang (his partner) on time and quickly started working on the repair of the water heater and new installation of our water filtration system and they did not leave until project was complete! The two were clean, fast, and accurate! I'm sort of OCD and needed everything to be precise! Kiet also called the following day to check up on the work and everything was running smoothly! Kiet came out on New Year's Day to replace a wax ring. He did a very clean and solid job and also helped me diagnose the other toilet. He was very helpful in explaining the basics of the issue and the fix.

I had an issue with my kitchen drain that required some snaking. Kiet was very responsive and was able to come to my residence on the same day without a upfront fee unlike other places. His assessment were pretty much in line with what I expected and he took care of the problem right away at a very reasonable price. Had a broken kitchen garbage disposal unit that was leaking, and clogged up drains. Both these problems rendered the kitchen unusable. I contacted Kit on Sunday morning. He was very prompt in responding to messages and unlike other plumbers setup the appointment later in the afternoon for the same day. Some of the other plumbers I contacted took a long time to get back and even more time to actually show up.
The job was neatly done within a couple of hours, and repairs are guaranteed for 90 days. Very satisfied with the service and no complaints so far, would definitely recommend this guy over others.
