I called Tony because our water heater was leaking. He agreed to replace it. To my surprise, a different plumbing company named Mills Mechanical showed up. I cancelled the job on the spot. It turns out that rather than do the job himself, Tony had arranged for another company to replace the water heater. This seemed deceptive to me, and of course, made it unclear who was responsible if something went wrong. I called a different plumbing company and hired them to do the job. They did it for $100 less than the price that Tony had quoted to me.

An honest plumber would have said, ""I can't do it, but here are some companies I'd recommend"".

Instead, Tony at All Flow plumbing agreed to do the job, but then hired another company to actually do it. I suspect he would have split the fee with Mills Mechanical.

I am very impressed with this company! I had a very nasty smell that was coming from my bathroom and could not figure out where it was coming from. Not only was I able to get All Flow to come out the same day (with in 1 1/2 hours). He was able to give me advise on how to fix it and did not charge me the standard fees! Very reasonable and honest! I will use All Flow for all of my future plumbing needs.

I moved into a new apartment but I was not happy with the shower head because it was too low for me. Im 6'1 so I asked Tony if he could help me get a new shower head and instead he told me to go buy my own(save money) and he would just install it for me. I picked one up from costco and I called him over. He came in and changed it out and pointed out that I would need a new handle as well so he just tighten it up will I went to Osh to pick one up. He was very Honest and has alot of knowledge. he even checked out my kitchen sink for free after I asked him what connector I needed to install my water filter. Nice guy that would not rip you off.

I just wanted to add my 2 cents.
Anthony just came out to the house to fix a clogged kitchen drain.
He could have charged me the $100+ for the call, but instead he pointed me to the solution, which I fixed myself.

I was very happy that he was honest enough to show me the solution rather then unnecessarily charging me to do the job.
Additionally, he gave me a few connectors to finish up the job, saving me the trouble of going to Home Depot.

I realize that this won't happen much for others, but from what I can tell, if you work with All Flow, you will get honesty and integrity - and that's worth a fortune
