this plumber had done work at our home previously with no issues, however this time when I called (due to ceiling in bathroom completely falling in and water everywhere) all I got was the third degree, are there pipes in ceiling, where is the water coming from, and on and on, then got a call back after telling me he could come out at 2 pm, they called back from office and said oh sorry he won't be able to come out until between 5 and 7 and that's overtime hours so you'll be charged overtime on job.
What a shame, thought this was actually a decent plumbing business, but evidently they don't want work....they certainly won't get our business any longer, called another plumber after last call and they were wonderful, polite and will be out by 2pm today, no pictures required, and they didn't expect us to fix the problem then let them charge us!!!!

We were extremely happy with All Flow Plumbing! The plumber that came out to my elderly mother's home was extremely informative and courteous. He arrived on time. He explain to us exactly what was going to be done. When he was done snaking her drain there was a mess on the back patio, which he cleaned up to look better than when he arrived. The pricing was extremely reasonable, it was actually under the price that was quoted. We couldn't be happier than we are with All Flow Plumbing. We highly recommend their company!

Will never use them again, and do not recommend him. they left us in a bind. Jimmy was called out on Tuesday afternoon to show up on Wednesday to not even do the repairwhen it was a small leak. One of our tenants called to let us know that the link was much bigger on Friday afternoon Jimmy didn't call or even try to help do the repair. We got stuck with a Roto Rooter sky high bill over the weekend. he's not reliable, and the work that he's done in the past for us was mediocre. We should've learned our lesson the first time. There's lots of plumbers to choose from so keep scrolling if you come across all flow!!!

If you want a shit (pun intended) load of excuses as to why they can't come out and do a five minute job to unclog the sewer line this is your guy. No fucks were given that we had shit coming out of the sewer line in the carport or that we haven't been able to flush our toilet in 24 hours.

Jim was quick to respond to my request. He was very reasonably priced.He did a great job on all of the work I had him do at my house. He was organized, quick and precise. He is very knowledgeable and answered all of my question throughly. After he did such a great job at my house I have recommended him to everyone in my family. My mother in law was very pleased with his great work. I would definitely give All Flow Plumbing a call for all your plumbing needs!
