From our first phone call to the end of the job, all-flow plumbing consistently performed superb service for us. Both Trent and Patrick were very professional and explained step by step what measures they were going to take to solve our yard drainage problems. It was a long hard dirty job but they left everything looking great. They were always on time and hard workers. We highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Update: Called them to get a replacement sump basin lid, and apparently they can install sumps, replace or add a 2nd sump motor, & plumb the sump to a drain tile, but they can't order & install a new split lid? Not impressed, and the task was so simple we did it for them. Minus a point.

We had water leaking into our basement from a drain. All Flo was able to schedule us before anyone else, just the next morning instead of a week out. Andy came out to service us, and WOW, what amazing customer service. He was friendly, super knowledgeable, and thorough - taking the time to explain and show everything to us.
