This company has a very poor customer are not Experian Plummer's. They were assigned to fix a water heater and they didn't installed properly. Had water running on my garage they ask for me to wait till next da. I will not recommend this compan.

Where do I start. I'll start with BEWARE, RUN.

All Express Plumbing was dispatched by First American Home Warranty for an issue with my toilet and shower. The toilet was slow to flush and backing up into the shower. All Express came to fix the issue. The Plumber told my tenant that the toilet needed to be replaced, after he unsuccessfully tried to snake it. This was Tues 02/12/2025. The Plumber never called me to tell me the issue. I thought everything was fixed until the tenant called me 8 days later to inquire about the toilet and to say the issue has not been resolved. She said the Plumber told her that he would call me and would need to get authorization from First American to replace the toilet. It is a covered item under my policy. On Tues 02/18/2025, I called All Express Plumbing to follow up. I was placed on hold. Since I had time today, I remained on hold. 2 1/2 hours later, still on hold. I finally called the Technician, and he had not submitted the paperwork to First American to get authorization to replace the toilet.( 8 days later) He didn't remember going to my house, I had to refresh his memory. I called First American to complain. First American shortly afterwards sent an email authorizing the work to be performed. I called All Express to schedule an appt to replace the toilet. Tenant says the house is stinking.

Was finally able to speak with someone at All Express Plumbing on 02/18/2025, who said she would need to look at her emails to see if First American emailed the work authorization and will call me back. Four days later (Friday 02/21/2025), and I am still waiting for that phone call. I have called them everyday since Tues 02/18/2025. No one answers the phone. It is now Friday 02/21/25 still no response.

I called First American again today Friday 02/21/2025 to complain and to follow up on the work authorization. The Representative tried to call All Express Plumbing and was on hold for quite a while and was still unable to reach someone from All Express. I told the Representative that she will be on hold forever. I also said that First American needs to rethink having All Express Plumbing as one of their Plumbing Contractors. It's giving their company a bad name. OH, I FORGOT, when I went online to First American Home warranty website to check the status of my claim, it states CLOSED !!

I had a horrible experience with All Plumbing Express. A person scheduled to come to my home between 10am-1pm no one showed up so I called the company at 2:30pm and they told me they were behind on their schedule (that's fine - but should have called me to let me know as I was waiting for someone to come). We reschedule to someone come between 3-4pm a person arrived at 4:30pm (did not call to tell me that he was on his way) he parked the van on my neighbor's drive way, I said we cannot block my neighbor's garage are you ok parking in the street (1 min walk), he said I don't think so and I don't plan on staying here for longer it won't be 2 hours so don't worry about. Can you just open the garage. I opened the garage but then I was not feeling comfortable blocking somebody else garage and I told him: I'm not comfortable blocking the neighbor's garage, then the guy just turned his back on me and said ok - so call your insurance and reschedule because I won't help you. I was shocked, but at the same time glad/relieved I did not have to deal with that person for longer. So unprofessional, so unpolite... NO THANKS!

I have had such a negative experience with this company. Fidelity Home Warranty sent these guys to my house. I called Fidelity last Wednesday because my sink and dishwasher were clogged/ not draining. I called Fidelity and let them know I wasn't sure which one was the issue, but they both were connected since they stopped working at the same time. All Express called Thursday and said they would come out Saturday.

Saturday comes and a younger guy comes over, says we don't have a clean out drain and he needs to install one for $500, but only accepts check or cash. We do have a clean out but I guess it wasn't accessible. Tech didn't look at anything, including dishwasher, and said he can't do the work today since they're too busy. I speak to the office and they said they'll come Monday between 12-4. Meanwhile, I start having leaking from the standing water and an emergency plumber had to come TWICE Sunday to deal with the issue. He snaked the pipe and it took care of the issue, but the dishwasher is still not working, likely due to all the water that was not draining.

Fidelity says All Express has to come out and submit a workup to them. I called Monday and they claimed we were never on the schedule and they were not sending someone out if the problem was resolved. It was half resolved, and only because another great plumbing company had to clean up the mess they failed to do. The owner, John, told me yesterday he would call Fidelity and speak with them. He never called. They rarely answer their phone, either. My husband spoke with John today, only for John to then call Fidelity and my claim is now denied. Fidelity, whom I've had for 10 years, was a whole other issue with customer service, which was unfortunate, and is claiming I have to pay more money for another claim for the dishwasher.

I've paid a $90 service fee, $275 for am emergency plumber, and still don't have work done. All Express should not be in business. They appear to not know what they're doing, try to make their customers pay for services that they misdiagnosed, don't answer phones, and don't follow through with what they say. ?

All Express Plumbing was dispatched by Fidelity Home Warranty for the issue with the shower drain. Instead of using a snake tool, their plumber wandered around the house looking for access to the shower drain and suggested cutting the wall. Three weeks passed, and we called Fidelity to find out that All Express Plumbing never submitted the report. After they submitted a report, Fidelity denied the claim. All Express Plumbing didn't leave us a copy of the report and never emailed it after I called them and asked for it. I called another plumbing company and paid $155 for the plumber to clear the drain. It took him 30 minutes and another 15 minutes, and he wondered why another company was looking to cut the wall for the shower drain. Now, I am dealing with Fidelity because they hire useless, unprofessional contractors who collect a $100 deductible and write reports, so the claims are denied.

This company/plumber was very unprofessional by tracking crap in my house after snaking outside mainline. I called their office to complain. Got transferred to mgr. whose mailbox was full. So couldn't even leave a message! Called the office back & got answering machine. So left a message to tell mgr. Granted they cleared the blockage/mainline. But would never use them again. Now I get to spend my day cleaning bathrooms & floors.
